They could respond. After my review the sent a response saying they would contact me. They never did. Allen Hansen, their Sales Director, was whom I was dealing with. I don't imagine I, or any other customer will get decent service from them. I told DHL to throw the Coat away. Thanks again, Allen.

My leather jacket got caught in the rain and I was worried it would be ruined. Contacted them for care advice and they sent me a free leather conditioner kit with detailed instructions. The jacket looks brand new again!

There is no way to contact this company... None of the contact methods are active. I ordered something for $170.00, received confirmation of the order with order number, and payment was deducted from my CC. account, but upon checking the order status, there is no information of my order. The only option is to call my cc company and dispute the order. Despicable!

Do not order from this company. They charged me a 15% cancellation fee for an order that hasn't even processed.

Wish so badly I had checked reviews. I got the KC jacket Travis Kelce was wearing for $140. It smells SO awful of cheap plastic I can’t even have it inside the house. It smells up an entire room. Looks ok honestly but for a bit more money I could have bought the real deal! Tried to return and I have to send it to Pakistan! AND today I just received the fed ex bill for $19 for them shipping me the coat!!!! DO NOT ORDER from here!!! Spare yourself. It’s that bad.

It took 3 weeks to deliver the product, it did not fit and when I asked for a refund they wanted to charge me 20% per cent of the price plus shipping. This place is an absolute scam and ripoff. The products supposedly come from Pakistan. This company is a bunch of scam artists. There is no other way other than email to contact customer service and then they take 2 to 3 days to respond. Do not buy anything from this site.

Avoid this site and product. I ordered a bomber jacket. What I got was a very low quality product that looks and feels horrible. Can’t wear it, it looks like garbage. Thrown away. $67.98 down the drain.

The coat I received was cheaply made and synthetic (not pure wool as described) and cost 150 us dollars! They agreed to give me a partial refund but then refused and the website says it is now temporarily closed..I would definitely recommend you do NOT use this is site.

I order the John Dutton jacket. Received it yesterday and already asked for a refund due to the fact it looks cheaply made, the orange part smelled of plastic and it looked more like a hunting jacket then the one from the show. However, the email I received back stated: the size, material, and design are accurate and perfect!” Well no it’s not and Would challenge that. I’m still waiting for a reply on my refund. I wouldn’t recommend this company just based on their customer service let alone their quality of product.

I ordered The Queen’s Gambit Anya Taylor-Joy Coat. The coat is absolutely beautiful! It looks like the exact replica of the one Anya Taylor-Joy wore in the movie. The fabric is soft and looks classy. I bought this coat for my daughter, I know she is going to love it! She loved it in the movie. I will definitely order from here again and tell others about Movies Jacket. The customer service was good too and the jacket arrived before Christmas as promised.

This company provided an amazing Harley Quinn gun holster! They have great customer service and they reply immediately. The holster looks so cool - love it so much! Will definitely buy from here again.

Please do not buy from this site. I attempted to buy a jacket for halloween with Guaranteed delivery by Oct. 21. On Oct. 20 they informed me that they could not print the patches for jacket. I thought...bummer but I'll just get a refund since it had not been shipped or even created. No such luck...automated responses to countless emails...no refund for a jacket i never received. This place is 100% a scam!
