The items I ordered were all as advertised and extremely high quality. I had one small issue with one of the tmitems and emailed the company late on a Friday. They got back to me within a few hours over the weekend and settled the matter immediately and without any hassle at all. Other companies should take note. Customer service at it's finest! Especially these days when almost all companies rely on chat bots and AI, this was an extremely refreshing experience.
I ordered a youth small but received an adult small. I sent an email and received an immediate response but I couldn’t figure out how to navigate an exchange through their site. I called the number that was provided and was greeted by Crystal who was very helpful. Unfortunately, the shirt I had originally ordered was no longer available in the size I requested so she helped me to find another shirt that my grandson might like. I truly wish the original shirt had been available because he loves bright neon designs. The second shirt wasn’t as bright but may work out. I feel Crystal is owed a 5 star review but I only rated my experience a 4 star because holiday inventory should be at optimal levels.
My two baseball loving boys love this brand, as do I. Their clothes are great quality, and super comfortable. I had one issue with a hole in one of the products and I emailed them and they handled it quickly. Overall, i am very pleased with this conpany.
There was an issue with my order because of a shipping problem. I emailed the customer service department and they responded quickly to resolve the problem. I received a new order within 2 days.
I received a shirt with a stain on it & Leah and the BL101 team had a new one on the way the same day I reached out to them. Great service and such cute stuff!
We found the merchandise well made and our grandchildren loved everything they got.
We had a problem with alate return and after speaking toBen in Customer service we received a return label and paid for shipping, returning a few items. We later spoke to Krystal in Customer service who tracked our package, kept us up dated in all transactions and finally got us a full refund. We found everyone helpful, pleasant and professional. I cannot rave about this company enough! I ordered a baseball hoodie for my grandson for Christmas and had made a mistake in the shipping address, which I did not notice until the order went through. Customer service answered my email immediately and the issue was resolved. I am thrilled! My grandson will be thrilled when he opens his gift!
I spent 700.00 on one hual for my 2 boys, all t shirts but one came with a stickiness on the inside were the vinyl press was and transferred, I just opened the other sweatshirt to wrap for Christmas and it has a red stain from the red tag holder on it, one t shirt was so thin you could see through it, the quality is missing and hit, for that price tag, I expect consistency and quality, never again, I have bought items from Walmart that were better quality

I’ve ordered from this website almost every time they have a sale! My son and his friends love the brand, and the quality is excellent. On two occasions, items were missing or incorrect, but customer service was quick to fix the issue and very responsive.
Well, it’s been almost all up. First of all the brand is extremely popular and the children are very excited to get anything from this company. (Which makes grandma look good). 😊 The bad side of that is they’re so popular you can’t get every thing in the size you need. Their customer service has been amazing a couple of times. I had one time that was going south, but they ended up doing the right thing, so I have no complaints. I did have to work on it a little bit that one time, yet on another occasion they gave me a discount/credit that I didn’t expect and I was very happy with that since I spent several hundred dollars on the clothes. The kids will be so excited at Christmas! I wish I could get them the bomber jackets, but I guess that’s not going to happen, crossing my fingers. The side effects of being so popular so fast. They’re doing a great job of it. It looks like the people are real and sincere, and I like the brand.

I had two items missing from my original order and hopped onto the chat to get it resolved. Once item was out of stock and they worked with me to find an item that would kind of match. Appreciate the help.
My order was sent separately and when the first package arrived it should have had 2 shirts but only had 1. I called and spoke to customer service and Krystal was on it. She confirmed they were sold out, instantly refunded me, gave me a 20% off code and free shipping on my next purchase to replace the shirt needed for a Christmas gift. The sale out status may have been an over sight but the dedication to make it right is what I appreciate.
I made an error when submitting my order. The team was quick to address my issue, even in the midnight hour! They helped me fix my problem within minutes of my email request. Not only are the clothes top notch, but so is their customer service!
