Cheap. I was hoping these would be a step up from my croc flip flops which are very comfortable and durable. I thought I would give these a try as I wanted a black pair.
These have no branding on them, are poorly moulded with ugly seams showing and look like they could have been bought from any sea front shop for much much less.
Also, a little on the narrow side and I can already tell the toe post is going to hurt in between my toes. All in all, disappointing.

I'm just curious to know if the Bjorgk flip-flops have anything official on them to actually let you know that they are real..I received mine today and to be honest they are just like a cushioned flipflop with nothing on them but the size at the bottom. Update just received email from them and if I want to return I have to pay £9.95 for a returns label. Absolutely shocking service. Shoes are like those you would buy in poundland. Stay clear from this company absolute scam

Love my bjork flip flops. I'm on my 3rd pair. I've bought them for my sons & mum. Will be ordering more colours. They are super comfy. I've had my first pair for years. So many colours to chose from. I have a few auto immune disorders so comfort is key when it comes to my feet and these are perfect. I can't walk in any other flip flops. 100% recommend.

Tried to order and it keeps saying out of stock . This would normally be fine , but the website will not tell me which item they are out stock of. Soo frustrating, and now I will take my business elsewhere. Bizarre e commerce design.

I just love the sliders , but unfortunately due to my cancer I developed Lymphoedema, and struggled for 12 months to find something comfortable and dare I say it “trendy “ to wear. Then saw an advertisement with the sliders with adjustable straps. I bought one pair, didn’t think for a minute I would get them on my feet. Wow, what a surprise I had, when my condition is at its worst, I just open the straps, I’m really amazed. So comfortable like the ordinary sliders. I was so impressed, I bought a pair in all the colours. Shipping is not as long as I expected and very well packaged. From ordering to delivery, simple. Thank you!

Shocking customer service been waiting 2 weeks have emailed about my order no replys from them dont buy from them

Haven’t received my order just yet, so this review is mainly about the delivery service. I ordered over a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Took them 3-4 days to just confirm my order, with no information on delivery time. Was only given a tracking number but no link to the carrier’s website. Had to google it. It’s all made in China. Takes weeks for it to just leave China. I wouldn’t order this again, regardless how comfy it ends up being.

Had ordered wrong size, got in touch, replied quite quickly, was sent back the right size, no hassle at all 👍

These shoes are so comfortable and light that I forget I’m wearing anything. They are just as described and I would definitely recommend them.

I got my first pair of sliders about 2 years ago and promised myself I'd get some more.
I split my older ones so got more. I have my blogs for work and they are so comfy
My flip-flops i will be wearing now the weather is so much nicer

The shoes are too small i ordered a size 5 so I would size up- I need to return mine

Quality of shoes not up to par for price. About the same as you would get from ShoeZone or from a market stall abroad. Not worth the price and their sizing is also off. Went to return to be told there is a £9.95 return fee that will be deducted from refund balance. No where on the website does it state this and it actually advises that you will be issued a prepaid label from the company, which is a lie. I advised the staff member of this but the fee was not waved. I also had to chase them for my refund after they’d received my parcel 2+ weeks prior. Honestly, don’t wast your time or your money.

Disappointed with Bjorgk – Poor Quality & Customer Service
I recently purchased several pairs of slippers from Bjorgk, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The quality does not match their claims, and the sizing is completely off. Additionally, delivery was slow and inefficient—instead of sending everything in one parcel, they shipped multiple packages unnecessarily.
When I attempted to return the slippers, I was asked to pay around £10 for return shipping, even though faulty items should be eligible for a free return under consumer rights. Despite numerous emails over a week, the company has refused to provide a return label, showing a complete disregard for proper customer service.
I have since contacted Trading Standards and my credit card provider regarding this issue. Based on my experience, Bjorgk’s customer service is extremely poor, and the quality of their slippers is comparable to what you’d find on Temu.
I would not recommend this brand to anyone looking for reliable service or well-made products.

Great slippers, very soft and comfortable which has helped my painful feet. The delivery was fine and no issues

I absolutely love these. I suffer with nerve damage in my feet and I can honestly say after a hard day at work it is so lovely to put my fluffy clouds on and relax. If I could get away with wearing them at work I would. I wear different colour versions of the strapping ones and the normal sliders when I am not working. Would highly recommend.

It was an error buying from this company. The quality was very poor and my cloudy fitflops got damaged (cut), after wearing them for about 3months and mainly indoors! I reached out to customer service and they insisted they couldn’t offer a replacement because it has exceeded their 14day policy!!!!

What this means is that the quality of their products cannot be guaranteed beyond 14days!!! I was not asking for a refund! I had bought fit flops from many companies that I have worn for years without issues but, buying from Bjorgk was a great error! I guess they just do mass production and keep putting out offers to sell their low quality products!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I already bought 3 pairs of the slippers, this order I bought a pair of sliders for my husband, a back up pair of slippers and a pair of flip flops. The flip flops 100% need to be sized up as they have a curved edge all the way around so it “takes away” some of the foot area. They are comfy though, just feel a bit odd because of the lack of floor space. I have worn them in the garden so I can’t return them but I will order another pair when I order next lot of slippers. The slippers are out of this world and have helped my plantar fasciitis sooo much.

Bought slippers for myself and my husband. Both of us say how comfortable they are. I also bought a pair of clogs for myself. It feels like I'm walking on air, they are so light and comfortable. Would certainly recommend them. Bought them in the sale so really good value.

Love my cloud slippers, only purchased recently but I can honestly say they are so comfortable especially with having arthritis. I bought them as I already use the cloud slides which are excellent.
Wish delivery was a bit quicker, but they are worth the wait ☺️
