Ordered to Canada arrived fast
I ordered 2000 flyers. Yes they shiped from Portugal. Same day I also ordered from toronto. Both coming to edmonton. My order from Bizay arrived first. No duty or custom fees.

I ordered 1000 cards from this company
I ordered 1000 cards from this company, which didn't arrive within the shipping time. I was able to get in touch with their customer service on the website, and according to them the package was apparently lost in shipping. however, they offered to reprint and reship for free, I was skeptical at first, but the order eventually arrived in about 3 weeks and the quality was quite good, much better than expected, I am actually quite impressed.
I would recommend this company, 9.5/10. Despite the initial issues, their customer service was very helpful and matter was resolved satisfactorily

Poor quality business cards and brochures
I used this company for the first time to order some business cards and brochures for my business. The quality of their product is absolutely horrendous. The edges of the business cards looked frayed or delaminated with the white paper underneath exposed. And on many of the business cards, there was bleeding ink spots. There was also colour distortion and inconsistency. As for the brochures, not only were they not folded very uniformly, but many of them were ruined at the edges making them look used and very unprofessional. I submitted several claims with the comkept getting back the same stupid canned reply to take photos of the product, which I had already done. I will never use this online company ever again for my business needs!

Final product was great. It just took a little back and forth to get there. I was nervous as this was my first time ordering and there were hiccups with the editing. But I am glad I did. It all worked out. I would order again!
