This caused a misunderstanding, but the materials had been successfully delivered to your original email.

We’re truly sorry about the issue you encountered. That’s frustrating, and it’s not the experience we want for you.

The good news: this should be quick to fix as you mentioned.

The ZIP you downloaded doesn’t include the course files themselves, it contains a secure MEGA link to the full course. That link lets you stream the lessons on any device or download everything without limits or any paid account.

Once you extract the ZIP, open the link file inside (it may appear as a .txt or .html shortcut) and you’ll be taken straight to the course.

We’ve just emailed you with the direct MEGA link and a quick step-by-step.

A quick heads-up: we’re currently experiencing a temporary outage with our support platform, which is preventing us from seeing some incoming chat tickets.

Our provider has scheduled a fix for 30/09/2025. We’re extremely sorry for the delay and will also offer compensation for the inconvenience. Please tell us what would feel fair to you.

Just to offer some clarity for anyone reading this: We don’t produce the courses ourselves. This means we don’t control where or how instructors choose to share their content in the future — whether that’s on YouTube, their own site, or elsewhere.

In your case, it looks like the instructor made some or all of their content publicly available already before your purchase.


We completely understand how that could be frustrating if you weren’t expecting it. As soon as we saw your email, we honored your refund request (as store credit, per your message), and even added a little extra to say sorry for the inconvenience.

We’re always here to help, and would’ve loved the chance to resolve this before a public review — but we respect your right to share your experience.
