Got my dog insured with Bivvy last spring and when he needed an x ray for a limp the claim was paid in about four days. Only annoyance was the app taking a while to show it.

Hi Michael, I am sorry you are disappointed. You won't receive an insurance card with your coverage by mail because with Bivvy you can go to any licensed veterinarian! Bivvy is a reimbursement policy, meaning we will reimburse you directly for any covered vet expenses for your insured family pet. You can access an electronic copy of your policy at any time by logging into your account. You may also email us at team@bivvy.com to obtain a copy.

Signup was fast and easy and best of all they accept pets of any age. My 19 year old cat is now covered where other pet insurance companies have denied him coverage in the past for his age.
