Got my dog insured with Bivvy last spring and when he needed an x ray for a limp the claim was paid in about four days. Only annoyance was the app taking a while to show it.

having to mail my vet bill because I don't have a scanner seems a little unfair. There should another way besides mail or scan for Bivvy to receive my vet bill.

You can file a claim in your pet parent account or submit a clear picture of the vet bill. Our customers love the convenience of submitting a clear, smartphone photo! I asked one of our customer care team members to reach out to you by phone and follow up by email with complete instructions.

Just signed up for pet insurance and had to take out puppy we just got to the vet the same day and filed the two bills from the same day appt, now just waiting for almost $600 in reimbursement in the mail

Easy sign up!
I decided to get pti insurance for my new puppy, Bivvy was the most cost effective I found and the reviews were good. Sign up was fast and simple, it took only a couple of minutes. I even got to choose the date I pay my premium! I chose the wellness package too, it's going to help with annual visits and shots.
