I bought Bivo PureSilk because it was advertised as an epilator. It’s not. The product I received shaves the hair instead of pulling it out by the root.

When I tried to take advantage of their supposed money-back guarantee, I learned that I would have to pay to ship it all the way back to China. The shipping costs make the “guarantee” basically useless.

I know better than to purchase products like this from unfamiliar websites, and unfortunately I learned my lesson again. I wish I had bought from Amazon or an established retailer where I would have had a reasonable return process

Purchased Trail Camera. They indicate 100% return, but you must return back to China and in the US, you can not ship cameras to China legally. There is no therefore no return available.

Avoid this company. Product arrived in no box, no branding at all, there were no instructions etc and I'm dubious on the genuineness of the item. The company wanted me to return it at my cost to china before they would refund me, despite the item not being as described. In the end PayPal refunded my money. I would recommend you avoid this company.

Ordered 9/28/26. This arrived on 10/14/26 with no instructions, no warranty, no brand name on unit. They promise a no questions, no hassle, no risk 100% return if it doesn't work for you. Instead they offered 20% refund or buyer ships to China at buyer's expense. The return address on the envelope I received is in Vernon, California. They claim 4.2/5.0 TrustPilot rating, but they do not appear to be on TrustPilot. Advertised on Instagram. Seems like straight up fraud in my opinion.
