This company would be amazing if the withdrawal process wasn't so messed up. Normally they withdrawal your funds within an hour of you submitting the request, but then it seems to take 8-15 hours for the funds to hit your bank account. I'm not sure why it takes so long to hit your account after the funds have been withdrawn from your game account, I would think that part could take an hour max, but no it can take forever. But then tonight I submitted a request to remove funds from my account. I then got an email 3 hours later saying there's not enough funds in my account to process the request. I'm not sure what they're looking at but there's plenty of funds in my account, so I sent a reply email stating so along with a screenshot so they could see where the amount is coming from and now I've been waiting over 1.5 hours for that reply. I'm not sure how hard it is to look at an account and see if the balance matches and/or why it takes so long for them to respond to an email but it's really frustrating. If you're on the app and have a question I feel like those techs get back to you ASAP, but every time I've ever emailed them they always take hours or days to respond and most of the time they answer incorrectly so I don't get the issue, but hopefully it can be corrected, if not I don't see to many people staying to play, which stinks.

Premature review after being asked to give a good review which they say would speed up the withdrawal process it went downhill from that point. 24 hours of trying redeem and at the end I was told I can't redeem winnings from a bonus. But on there site it says if you haven't made a deposit the max withdrawal is 50 dollars a day. How do you withdraw 50 a day without making a deposit?I have cashed out 2500 on my daily bonus from chumba no issues with redemption bitspinwin should change there name to bitspinlose. I won 500, they sent me 494.50, say its a transfer fee, no kidding? Like the transfer fees I pay everytime I send them my momey, right? So can I send them game play minus the transfer fee and still get credited my full ordered balance? No. Why? See im responsible for the fee when I send to them just as they should be responsible for the fee when they send to me. I have had this issue one previous time but that customer service rep contacted their financial team and got it corrected in a few minutes. Today this rep argued with me, sent me a link to complain to instead of just providing service and contacting the financial team to have it corrected. I have spent thousands of dollars on this site and I won't spend another penny here unless I get my money they owe me and I get an apology from the employee who refused to do his job. I've had an uphill battle with 90% of the conversations I've had with bitspinwin and Im getting real tired of it because Im in the right 99% of the time. I shouldn't have to argue, that shouldn't be their default position, they should first look at the problem and then look to see if Im right about the issue before getting unpleasant and unhelpful.

So far worst experience I've ever delt with on any gambling website in my time and I've ventured far and wide across many different online gambling platforms. So they tell you pick a platform, depost money, you'll get a 50% first time deposit bonus. So I deposit. They email me with platform link and login. It doesn't work. I try the mobile browser version, I try the Android apk version, doesn't work. I try the pc version, doesn't work. So I reach out to support, they say pick a different platform and we'll transfer your funds. So I pick one, I'm then told to make sure it works. She sends me a link, with no login. Apparently just wanted to make sure the page itself loaded. It did. Then she tells me, I will transfer funds however any bonuses will not get transferred. Its just our rules. I said what? Your rules? So because your shit dont work, I get screwed. I said I dont care about you're rules. You're rules should not apply to me since it was you're mistake and not mine. Its not my fault your shit doesn't work. I asked for a refund. We dont do that. I said who else can I speak to. Then the chat ends. Was told that after 3 declines in my withdrawal attempts that I would have my withdrawal right away. Here it is over 6 hours later and still waiting 34 hours from first withdraw attempt.
