So far I couldn't complain about bitsler if I tried. I had some troubles with submitting my proof of address for a couple days and the support team was above and beyond what I ever could have expected, in terms of patience kindness and overall help. Jenny Mike and Gabriel of the support all are top tier when it comes to support teams. Now I will say you will see in the chat rooms on the site that people are complaining that vip transfer takes too long. Don't fall for it. If their doing a vip transfer they dont realize it's a privilege for bitsler to even offer it as well as to give them any bonus for doing so. If you remain respectful and don't pester support 34 times a day then yeah it'll take longer. But don't take my word for it. Get on there and see for yourself!

My new favorite place rewards are competitive and vip transfer available with achievable requirements as I truly just didn't want to lose my rank over at that beefy place...some of the games I miss are there like triple hott 777s and joker queen. It's for sure Worth checking out and u can get 15sc for 5 bucks and a few free sc when u sign up so it gives u a decent amount to try it. Casino offering vip transfer that actually FEELS like vip. No weird restrictions and fake levels.. transferred my plat 3 stake account to a plat 3 bitsler and gave me a $200 bonus with only 1x play through! The process wasn't too bad. They are extremely swamped with requests and of course people are trying to scam so Bitsler is taking steps to make sure that doesn't happen so it is taking a little longer but they held true to their word on everything so far..from the bonus to the time it would take..which is 72 hrs. This is definitely the best vip transfer offer I have seen.

Bitsler.io, new social casino offspring of bitsler.com...
Update 4/10: I made two redeems today of 400 and 100 using eth, and they were approved in under 10 minutes (during the day, on a weekday), and sent with no issues. While I hope they move to instant redeems once they feel satisfied once they're satisfied their systems are secure enough, that's excellent and much better than most social casinos.
Bitsler.io is the social casino project of bitsler.com, the parent website, which is an older crypto casino and well known in the scene. .io is their US attempt, and it's fairly refreshing to see them actually working on it and actively participating with the userbase, even if the site is mostly only half set up right now.
I VIP transfer'd platinum from stake.us and got exactly what was promised, it took time since they had just set it up.
I wrote some verifiers for bitsler's provably fair games in the past, and I ran them again to be sure, and the originals are the same and verify the same, which is excellent; their games are coded very simply and are well designed.
Of criticisms, I am really not a big fan of jackpot systems; bitsler.com implemented one a while back, and it's generally just a way to increase the house edge across the website in a hard to grasp way for less technical players. The GC also seems like an afterthought; as it is the new part they have to worry about, but the mandatory optin jackpot tax makes it hard to play. Hopefully this will improve in the future somehow.
I look forward to seeing what they do with it, though I worry about the upcoming legislation from various places, and I hope Bitsler wasn't a tad bit too late!
