My cashout (SOLVED)
My cashout has been kept hostage . They asked for KYC which I had provided right away
been more than 3 days they haven't approved KYC
I am ready to provide them with required documents , but all they ask me to do is wait.
I have all the chats , screenshots of deposit & cashout requested, if it is needed.
I am waiting , as to see how long this is going to take to be sorted & will come back & update once they sorted it.

I contacted veriff ( kyc partner of bitlser ) to speed up the kyc / POA & they said they are B2B and wont't be able to help me directly.
So , it's upto bitsler internally to speed/re-initiate kyc & cashout the winnings.
All bitsler needs to do is internally expedite the matter , re - initiate KYC so that i can upload Proof of address again.
Also bitsler needs to understand , we are eventually going to lose in long run. giving us support like this holding funds for so long .
Delaying in approval or rejection of kyc is unpleasant.
Kindly plz escelate KYC / POA so that I can re-upload my documents & bitsler can release cashout.

Bitsler team reached out to me & offered internal verification & asked me to provide POA, which I have done .
Will update the status & REVIEW once the case is solved.
In the mean time , I want to thank bitsler team & Trustpilot so that we reached closer to a solution.
My issue has been fully resolved. Bitsler’s compliance team personally reached out, verified my Proof of Address internally, and processed my withdrawal successfully.
I appreciate Frank and the team for their professionalism and support throughout the process. Everything was handled fairly in the end, and I’ve enjoyed playing on Bitsler.

Avoid at all cost, choose any other else
i have an account since jan 2020. Since that 'jackpot' option was added its literally inpossible to recover anything in game, cant even make a decent wager dozens and dozens and dozens times in a row. Even if u hit some jackopt and withdraw it the next half a year theres zero chance it will hit again or that youll gain anything in game. Waste of time and money - literally any other casino is a better option than bitsler.

all true, thats my experience on bitsler. still wont recommend it to noone thats why its the only casino i have zero refferals on- pointless. Im not able to verify the ammount you posted, bitsler doesnt provide any jp history - i dont thinkt it was this much
