The BitsCraft .stl files are 80% great an amazing, but the other 20% of us that are new have no idea how to move files from one place to another to 3d print.

I purchased a pack and never received the downloads. I asked for help and received the same message twice. "did I check my spam". I did and have and nothing and I told them this and have gotten no response to my numerous messages and email. I'm about to dispute the charge and get my money back from my bank and call it fraud. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
UPDATE: after several days of trying to get a hold of them, I was sent the files. I still stand by my 1 star for customer service.

So far, I think it’s a terrible purchase. Half of the files give you nothing. You have to download the file to even see what if anything is on it. And most of the ones you can print are stupid. I’ve not received any book on 3d printing as promised or see any videos on 3d printing. All in all, I would recommend not purchasing this at all.

I bought the all in one bundle.
The Good: The 3D guide and masterclass that come with the bundle are helpful with short videos that simplify thing. Tons of STL files and lots of fantastic prints to print and for the price you cant go wrong.

The Bad: Sadly some of the files are missing from some of the files which stops you been able to make a full print. some will only have a photo but then no files with them, As someone else mentioned having images with the files would be helpful to see what it looks like as you have 100s to go though.

Id still recommend buying because the quality of the prints are fantastic but be aware you may have some files missing for some prints

Great service the short videos are mostly help a good selection of files however quite are lot are out of date for 2025/2026 and the tool section could do with an update for printer tools. Overall a good package if your new to 3d printing

Great files and some amazing prints to get started on. Would advise other to purchase if just starting out.

Very nice bundles at good prices. Most files come with image of the final product as well.

I've had a few packages from Bitscraft. I find myself searching through the hundreds of models for a theme or item that I want to print and sell and then go for it.

I bought the clicker STL pack for the kids. There is more in here than I expected. Good, clean files. Very pleased and will continue to buy from Bitcrafts.

I've only had a small amount of time to review and download their offerings, but they look fantastic.

New to 3D printing and this will give me an opportunity to explore items to print and hopefully expand my comfort zone.
