I CANCELED this product before and the company is a scam who keeps charging my credit card despite how many times I havd canceled. I am ALLERGIC to this product. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company, AGAIN. I have the Bites shitty "phone" service line who is awful and does not help - I guess thats why they have to hide the number so customers wont find it. Also of note, the phone service insulted me, which could be a whole other case. Everytime I have called the phone number over the YEARS, I am told no one is in office - EVER . How much TIME should I have to waste on this process every time it occurs?! This world has enough stress and doesnt need another company or person taking advantage of others. SHAME on this Company and do NOT support them. There are better products out there, with BETTER people managing the company.

Careful with this product. All of my chronic teeth sensitivity issues went away 24 hours after using it. I switched to Revitin weeks ago and no sensitivity since. Not a coincidence.

I recently purchased Bite Toothpaste Bits and while I believe the product itself is good, I cannot overlook the horrid customer service that comes along with it. I forgot about my subscription and realized it after the refill orders had processed for shipping. I reached out to their customer service team hoping to cancel my order and get a refund, but I was told that refunds will not be issued once the refill orders are processed for shipping. To make matters worse, I found out that orders over $75 are also ineligible for refund, even if the product is unopened and returned immediately. This is incredibly frustrating and has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve been subscribed to Bite Toothpaste Bits and mouthwash for several years now. They’ve worked really well for me and helped me improve my oral health. I now cringe at the idea of using paste. I also like their bamboo toothbrush, although electric works best for me. The subscription system could be more intuitive, but has been easy enough to edit and I am grateful for that as I don’t always stick to the same schedule but don’t want a hassle over toothpaste. The only oddity I’ve had (although I guess it’s a good thing) is that they send too many toothpaste bits to fit in the jar I have, and the extra bits have to be stored a bit carefully to not go to waste.

Customer service is horrible! Tried hitting the help button and there's no content. Deceptive business practice of making product appear as a one time purchase and bam, your locked in a subscription with no way out! Tried to get through to Customer service and nothing. If I can help one person from falling into this trap by getting the word out there, maybe I'll get some satisfaction, meanwhile I'm still paying! Bank won't cancel payments to a subscription, you have to go through customer service, which is were the problem lies. Product keeps coming and I keep having money taken out of my account.

Bite Toothpaste Bits clean my teeth well. I like having the subscription and appreciate the environment-friendly product and packaging. The bamboo toothbrush was good for travel until the dowel broke off. It was a bummer but not a big deal. I have decided to try the lotion and deodorant since I am unable to find those products in anything but plastic at the local stores. I give 4 stars only because I reserve 5 starts for something utterly fantastic.

There was nothing wrong with the product and they obviously have poured time, attention, and money into their image and packaging, however, after trying out the product and not really finding it useful as often as imagined, trying to adjust the subscription lead to a broken loop in their webpage and customer service doesn't respond for days, then the cumulation of their response is, "As per our website, you will be billed and then the item will be shipped in around two days after. We cannot always catch orders within that time and it is against our policy to issue refunds." An annoying hassle for something that is supposed to be streamlined and has still left problems to be resolved.

The toothpaste bits are really cool the way that it started to foam like normal toothpaste. However it was not minty enough for me, meaning there was no after mint taste.

Their floss was really bad. It wasn't minty at all - i mean ZERO mint. The floss was too thick and got stuck inbetween my teeth and broke. I had to use another floss to get that floss out. Also, the glass bottle of the floss broke before that as well because it was so thin. I accidentally dropped it in my sink and it shattered everywhere.

The bit toothpaste is something ill definitely get used to but not sure if ill be a repeat customer since there was no after mint freshness that you normally have with other toothpaste. Hopefully all of these things improve later as i really wanted to love this brand!

Bite has got to be the best business idea of the decade. The amount of problems Bite solves is unimaginable. I genuinely thank this company and the people working very hard within it. Keep it up.

Great product in a smart 100% plastic free packaging. Shipping is slow which is something I would expect for such product where to goal is to have a low carbon footprint.
The bits are great and actually the perfect solution for backpacking as wells since you can carry just the number of needed bits without a tube. Something I didn't think about when ordering but now appreciate.
