I took a 3 months subscription seeing the social media ads. But it’s only after I paid the amount that it showed the AI tutor comes with an additional cost and is not included in the monthly subscription. They were charging $56 for AI tutor on top of the monthly subscription.

The standard subscription comes with bite sized lessons which are available for free on the internet.

Advertisement for Bitesy is like a honey trap. None of the advertised content for improving English communication is included in the actual tutorial. It is a total lie, and Bitesy is using smart-looking but deceptive models to trap innocent people and siphon money from the card. We need to spread this deceptive act of Bitesy to the global public and prevent them from being victimised. I signed up for a 3-month program for my son, Nilesh, for 9.99USD, but after 10 minutes, an invoice appeared with an addition of 56.99USD for AI-Chat that I never requested. I immediately reported this discrepancy for the reversal of the payment, but no one is responding to my email. Hence, I request all netizens not to be victimised by Bitesy.com hereafter through online subscription in the name of speaking English like a native speaker.

The subscription fees are very expensive compared to other alternatives on the market, and the actual value provided does not justify the high cost.Beyond the price, the platform is exceptionally frustrating to deal with. There is no simple, self-service way to cancel or modify your account directly through an online profile. Forcing users to manually email an inbox just to stop automated billing is an outdated, difficult practice designed to keep charging you. Avoid signing up unless you want a massive headache later.

I subscribed to Bitesy specifically to practice spoken English through AI-powered conversations. Unfortunately, the subscription I purchased did not meet my expectations.

The USD 30 plan only included guided lessons and reading materials and did not provide access to the AI speaking chatbot feature I was looking for. It was not clearly communicated before purchase that AI speaking practice requires a separate subscription priced at USD 56.

I was also disappointed to find that there was no option to switch or upgrade my existing plan while applying the amount I had already paid toward the AI chatbot subscription.

In my opinion, the AI speaking subscription is significantly more expensive than similar language-learning applications, and the differences between the available plans should be communicated more clearly.

To Bitesy's credit, after I contacted customer support, they promptly cancelled my subscription renewal, confirmed that no future charges would be made, and offered a 50% refund while allowing me to retain access to the guided lessons for the remainder of my paid subscription period.

At the time of writing this review, the refund has been processed according to Bitesy, and I am hopeful that it will be credited to my original payment method within the promised timeframe.

I appreciate their efforts to resolve my concern, but I hope Bitesy improves its pricing transparency, subscription flexibility, and communication about plan features so that future users can make more informed decisions.

I want to cancel my subscription and I have send email for it.

But, I see that my subscription is still active. Furthermore, an additional has been deducted from my amount ount without my confirmation. I am still waiting for the initial refund requested previously.

Please cancel my subscription immediately and refund both the charges to my account.

I would now like to purchase the AI Tutor for 3 months. However, my credit card payment is being declined, and I am unable to complete the purchase through the app.

I have other payment options available and would be grateful if you could provide an alternative payment method, such as Google Pay, bank transfer, payment link, or any other available option, so that I can subscribe to the AI Tutor feature.

I genuinely enjoy your classes, and I am confident that having access to the AI Tutor will help me improve my English even further.

There are 3 transaction made and i didn’t want them please i need refund for all those transaction

I am writing to report three charges on my card that I did not authorize. I visited your website but never completed or approved any payments.

I did not make these transactions and would like a full refund for all three.

This is fraud. They charge multiple times and even if subscription is cancelled . There is no human support as well . Stay away!

I made the payment for the app and requested a refund from Bitesy and there is no one to contact for the refund.
