Really great service. We had a difficult sale and our move was last minute with a few days notice only. Bishops couldn't have been more accommodating and the 3 men who did the move were great. Highly recommend them.

The second time we have used the Newcastle team to move my father. They were highly professional and very caring in the way that they dealt with him, would highly recommend them, thanks again.

This is the third time we have moved with Bishops Move Newcastle and I would always recommend them to anyone. The ladies in the office were brilliant at organising the move. The guys came and packed the whole house up making it as stress free as possible and we moved in the following day.

I cannot praise the service from BM enough. From initial contact to the day of the move, the service was exemplary, efficient and polite.

Dan and his team were amazing, and worked swiftly to get us out of our old address and into our new home. They were professional and polite and it was a pleasure to have met them. A credit to the company.

Highly recommended if you want a stress free service during what can be a very stressful time.

Day 2 tomorrow and we move in to our new home.

We had a major relocation from Portsmouth to Wiltshire. The assessor who came for the initial consultation was very knowledgeable and helpful, and identified a specific access difficulty to the new address but more importantly how Bishops would solve it. He stayed in touch during the period before exchange when we were finally able to fix a date. The removals team (we had full pack, no unpack) who attended were superb; friendly, careful and nothing was too much trouble including lots of garden pots and plants. The delivery team (slightly different team) also excellent and completed the job ahead of time. Nothing lost, nothing broken. We could not have imagined such a pain free process.

Tried to sort a removal from Spain to the UK. What a waste of time, do not use this company.

Professional, Practical, Proactive, Personable.

When choosing your removal company to who you are entrusting everything you own, it is a step that requires deep consideration. Selecting a company that has multiple depots therefore made perfect sense (to me) in terms of 'back-up' support when the going gets tough and removals are in high demand. Also when maybe the 'exchange' to 'completion' period is greatly reduced and time is against you, as it was with us.

A professional company, as Bishops Move certainly are, can manage these situations by meeting this valuable criteria, so when the 'origin' depot cannot meet the dates there is then the back-up of the 'destination' depot. Its a system that worked, (for me!).

On a practical level from the experience and the fleet of vehicles presented no problems when it came to quoting to include my wife's 50 + potted plants, (she is something of an 'avid' gardener!).

And when problems arise - as they did for us - we were immediately contacted by Sharad - a very personable and efficient Move Co-ordinator - who found solutions and immediately reacted to any issues we flagged up.

What better way to enter the process than knowing you have everything sorted and in place?

Finally - as we know - all this comes at a price, and they are competitive too.
Very well pleased with the service so far and looking forward to our three-day-move with confidence.

Steve and Mike who did our moving were funny and helpful and made the move seamlessly, we didn’t get our keys until 2.55pm which felt quite late but Bishops Move were brilliant they got extra staff and moved everything in a couple of hours with no fuss, I’d recommend them to any one that needs removals ,

I moved from Switzerland to the UK, and it was an experience that was very difficult. The only thing that ran smoothly was Bishop's move. The team both ends were timely, friendly, efficient and took care of my things. The organisation in the UK was quick and helpful. They were great.

I have now moved from SE London/Kent to South Devon, and my house contents are in store currently. The team from Crawley were brilliant, all very friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for better service to be honest. Everyone else who I have dealt with concerning my move have also been great to work with. Sharad, who has been my contact for co-ordinating the move has been so helpful, which is very much appreciated. Having run my own business for very many years, I always appreciated having decent reliable friendly staff, which gave such a positive impression to our customers. Clearly, Bishop's Move also have staff of the same high standard, and they ensure that the business continues to have a justifiably excellent reputation.

Bishop's handled our move to storage; the whole process was very well organised, and they provided a great service. Sharad, our move coordinator, took care of us at every stage, and the removal guys were great.

BM assisted me with the repatriation of my Fathers personal effects. This was a stressful time for me. BM directed me to the most appropriate service, the collection from the Estate Agents went smoothly and everything arrived in good condition.
The only small issue was the timing of the delivery as this was changed a number of times but when travelling by vehicle, in a foreign country, negotiating the M25, there are always going to be challenges.
Ultimately BM delivered and you can't ask for more than that.

I hired Bishop to assist with my move from Berlin, Germany to London, UK.

Everything was great with the move and I'm very happy with the service provided by Bishop's.
I haven't finished unboxing yet but from what I can see, every box was held with care and no damaged items have been found.
The support was great from the beginning and I'm happy that the service was carried out without delays or any problems.

Everyone involved in our 3 part move was very professional and did a excellent job. As our move spanned 3 dates (1 load to storage and 2 direct moves) I have entered the date of the final move below.
People worthy of specific mention are: David Clark, Sharad Chudasama and last but far from least Chris aka "Shrek" from the team that did the physical removal. All the team that did the physical move were excellent - but I can't remember all their names!!

Our house move was made all the more easier with Bishops Move. We could not have been happier with Eric and the team. They were so helpful and polite. We highly recommend Bishops Move.
