Great delivery
Great delivery, although I was chasing this parcel from a neighbour 5 doors down, as when I tracked it , it said the delivery was at her house, saw a van deliver a box there. Turns out she had same delivery as me but t wasn't my parcel. 20 mins later my driver arrived..

Furniture delivery
Delivery was on time. Tony and colleague very professional. Assembled furniture took time to answer questions and gave advice. Took packaging away left area clean and tidy.

Poor
The delivery did not arrive on the day it was meant to. When it did arrive the delivery driver dragged the box along the floor so the box was then open. The headboard was also broken when it arrived. Very disappointed.

Despicable company
Do not waste your time or your money. This company along with happy beds have horrendous customer service. I ordered a bed through happy beds that comes from birlea on 28th August, first it arrived the next day with a manufacturing fault that left me with a bed not fit for purpose, this could have easily been solved with basic quality control procedures that they clearly do not follow, after reporting the bed it took them and happy beds a week and a half to conclude they messed up and needed to fix it, after going backwards and forwards with happy beds for another week a collection service with Birlea for the bed was arranged instead of the delivery of the replacement part. When it was explained to delivery driver that a mistake has been made and that they need to call happy beds the delivery driver got in the van and left, I called happy beds again to explain the situation and ask for any explanation, birlea now contacted me to finally arrange the delivery of the replacement part, they offered a delivery date I cannot do when I asked for a reschedule they have not replied. It has been three weeks since this bed has been delivered they have taken my money and left me with a bed i cannot use, this company and happy beds are a horrendous company, with abysmal customer service, they take no care in sorting out issues that they have a legal responsibility to fix and there's is no communication, if you buy from this company they will take your money, waste your time and leave you with a dodgy product, find a reputable to buy your furniture, Birlea company and happy beds are one of the most dishonest and most despicable companies Ive ever had the unfortunate luck to have done business with. At this point I would have had more success building my own bed from scratch. I moved here recently and have been without a bed for 2 months now compassion a

Had the bed delivered at fist was not going to take to room but I get them too. Also parts broken contacted them on the same day as it was delivered last said be sent out with in next 24 hrs still watting just called them it's not even been logged so now have to wait again till I get a response it's not right. Still had nothing back and iv opped for a return and they expect me to pay hell no I'm not bad company never use again

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! The first two bedside tables were faulty, the top drawer on one stuck out and the charger on the second one didn’t work, this was replaced with another faulty one.
The delivery team caused considerable damage to my staircase and Birlea are now saying my disabled wife who can not do the stairs unaided carried the furniture which weighs a ton up the stairs.
