Update on my tv unit. Now built, looks beautiful, so pleased with it. Thank you again, especially to the people who packaged the unit with plenty of polystyrene to ensure it arrived pristine. A MASSIVE thank you again to the delivery driver, who was such a jolly, happy n polite fella, carried into the house for me with care! Job well done to everybody. I will definitely use Birlea again, nothing else but 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.

Really impressed with how quickly my delivery arrived. My driver was half an hour early and respected my property when delivering. I received updates via text from Birlea about where my delivery was which gave me peace of mind, would highly recommend.

I ordered a dressing table through…
I ordered a dressing table through furniture village, confirmed with Birlea the date and time of delivery, complete no show, waiting in all day, no communication or explanation. Later on on the day, received a message to say it was coming the next day between 11am an 12pm. Arrived first thing in the morning. I'm glad it came earlier as I didn't need to wait in, but what if I was out. Why give time slots if you are not going to stick to them, or at least communicate that you are arriving earlier. Tracking was a complete waste of time too!. Not the best experience. The delivery guy was pleasant and helpful so no completes there. Not built the item yet, so there may be another review incoming.

We would like to look into what happened with our transport team, including why the original delivery was missed and why the delivery arrived earlier than the subsequently confirmed time slot.

The chest of drawers is very poor…
The chest of drawers is very poor quality considering the price point. It doesn’t hold together well very well at all, and the parts themselves are very flimsy. Not the quality you would expect for something sold through Next.

Great bed, great delivery
I've had a terrible experience with a different bed company which made me really worried about buying a new bed however I went with Birlea because they are a seller used by different reputable retailers. I ordered late on a Thursday night (11pm) on a bank holiday weekend and it was delivered on the Tuesday at the given time of 1pm, delivery driver was polite and friendly. The bed didn't take much to assemble and is very sturdy, I am very happy with the quality of the bed. Definitely recommend.
