Kevin booked our Tenerife holiday which was excellent. 1st class service, no worries all arranged for us. The only thing we had to worry about was what clothes to take. Kevin sorted everything down to the smallest details. Truly superb. Highly recommend Kevin and his colleagues who are also capable to arrange your holiday.

Hi last year in booked the tickets with Bird voyage for my son and daughter from Heathrow to Tronto. Before booked i asked them very clearly my son is 16year and daughter 14 yes old can the fly alone . One of there agent from india told me they can fly with DELTA Airline no problem at all.Then I booked the tickets . But the departure day we 3hrs drove to Heathrow then DELTA AIRLINES refused to take my daughter in the flight said she's 14yrs only can't fly with 16yr old.But there website q4yr can fly by there own So I contacted to B V and they said need to cancel tickets and booked other flight same day and I have to pay now will get back . I paid more £1600 . Which not my fault. But i never get my money back which i paid before. £1600 Its lots money for me. Can anyone suggest how I can get my money back please

I was having difficulty booking a flight to the Philippines, a lot of the advertised flights have gone by the time you actually try to book, for that reason I decided to try this company. Rav the agent was most helpful in finding a suitable flight for me, I will use certainly be using them for any future travel arrangements.

We made our first reservation with this company, and the staff has been very helpful. Specially CrishtalThey replied quickly every time I had a question. The only issue is that we never received the ATOL protection certificate.

The service i received from Victor was "second to none" he is "number one!". Very best indeed. He stayed calm, composed and unfazed, this is despite several changes I made to my travel plans, Victor dealt with it with true professionalism. He is a great asset to his company. Directors take care of him. I only purchased my tickets from your company because of him. Until now me and my extended family in UK (121 of us) have always purchased all our air travel tickets from one company for 45 years now. However, with the service I received from Victor I know all our immediate family travel arrangements will be carried out through you and I will do my very best to convince the extended family too.

We were given a good discounted price for our tickets to Canada. However, the Airline charged us for our check-in baggage which came to around £240 each way. We had to pay the money at the airport. However after our holiday the travel agent rep ‘Jay’ was very kind and understanding and helped us get a full refund of the excess baggage charge that was paid. He gave us exceptional ‘customer services’

I spoke with a very friendly, helpful customer services agent named Rav. Everything was explained to me in great detail and my query was solved. Very satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Mr Rav.
