after a few months, my headcover started wearing out where the magnets close. I sent pictures to the team at Birdieboss and they hooked me up with a replacement. couldn't be happier!

Good customer service - my package was lost in shipping and one memo to product support and the hat and ball marker was sent without delay.

The hat is high quality and with stars and stripes design is very eye catching.

I own 40+ items from birdie boss… I just can’t stop buying their stuff. The products are always premium quality and my head covers have been rained on and still in perfect condition, no color fading, nothing. Customer service is great and super helpful. 101% recommend!!!!

Birdieboss genuinely has such great customer service and their products are amazing! I bought one of their hats and it feels great! I accidentally end up getting a stain on it and they have been so kind helping me get it all worked out.

I get that mystery boxes are final sale—it says so on the product page. I still reached out hoping to swap the size, and that’s where it went sideways.
Their email basically said: “No returns/exchanges, we give you a size guide for a reason.” Then: “You’re the first person to ask, so we can make an exception… but we’ll charge $7.95 shipping.”
I understand a restocking or shipping fee, but the wording felt cold and a little condescending (“first person to ask” really landed wrong). It read more like “we’re doing you a favor” than “let’s fix this for you.”
If you’re okay with a strict no‑exchange policy, go for it. Just know the customer service side can feel pretty transactional if you need help.

Great customer service. Nick responded with the solution to the small issue I had and how it happened, all with a great attitude at that. The products are great as well. This is my first experience with Birdieboss and have every intention of returning for more. These guys don’t 3-putt a 5 footer.

I ordered the USA splatter hat specifically for the 4th of July. The company’s stated shipping estimates indicated it would arrive in time. After ordering, I received conflicting delivery information between the confirmation email, the FAQ’s, and the carrier tracking. The final delivery date became July 8. I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and asked whether they could offer a partial discount due to the missed holiday. The only resolution offered was a return and I pay shipping. My concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. My issue wasn’t simply the delay, it was inconsistent shipping information and their unwillingness to acknowledge it or take any accountability.

Great company, the product was of great quality and the shipping was very fast! Customer service also top tier! Will definitely be placing more orders!

Worst customer service from a provider I've seen in a long time. Selectively timed responses that lead to them taking my money and me not getting my package

Nick was what a customer service professional should be like. We went back and forth over email over the past week. His writing was clear and understandable, and his service was impeccable. My order was stolen because USPS is often too lazy to place packages in the secure lockers and stuff gets set out on the floor constantly. BirdieBoss replaced it in full, which I certainly was hopeful for, but had zero expectation. Now as to the quality, best looking head covers I’ve seen, and the “Straight Outta Bounds” towel is definitely quality material and has a carabiner on it already! When I need more obnoxiously funny golf swag, I’ll be buying it here.

I have way too many golf hats from various brands but Birdieboss hats fit the best for me. Not even close. We’re ready. I have pretty much every white hat in their lineup. 10/10 recommend

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars over the years on Birdie Boss products. I recieved 2 polos as a gift from my wife and they were a size too small. Birdie boss refused to exchange for a larger size - basically told us we’re out of luck. Shirts are still in their original packaging with tags - but that didn’t matter to them - or at least not to the AI robot “helping” us. Can’t talk with a real person and no phone number. Their products are expensive and they lost a customer now with their lack of customer service. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I was asking for an exchange. They would have lost no money by providing this extremely resonable service for their customer. I even offered to pay for the shipping. There’s better golf sites out there - avoid Birdie Boss. Golf is a growing and competitive sports apparel industry and they will drown quick with this lack of customer service. Buyers beware.

Ordered a mystery box and accidentally marked the wrong polo size. They were more than happier (and speedy) to get me the right sizes. Couldn’t be happier

In a day and age where Customer Service doesn’t exist I am incredibly impressed with the approach at Birdie boss. I messed up on my order and reached out nto really expecting a reply - instead I received top notch customer service quickly! It has been a pleasure shopping with businesses like yours!!!
