Lovely sturdy looking product and very easy to put up in my garden. Unfortunately all the small birds have totally ignored it for the past week, while still feeding from my other feeders. Hope it won’t turn out to be a waste of money because I am now stuck with 6 redundant refills if it does.

Thank you for sharing your experience, it sounds like you have created a lovely spot for birds in your garden already. Sometimes it just takes a little time for wildlife to notice a new feeder, so maybe try removing the other feeders as birds are a creature of habit and will tend to go for a feeder they are used to if they have the option. With a bit of patience, you will hopefully soon see them fluttering over to explore it too.

Great choice of products. I bought two birch bird boxes; one came damaged but the customer service team were amazing and got a replacement sent out straight away. The bird boxes are absolutely lovely and within a day or so of putting them up the blue tits moved in! Would definitely use this company again.
