Birch lending made it easier to apply for a loan than than most other lenders who just kind of lead you on and you find out nothing.
I was told how much I could borrow and that it would be deposited the next day and it was. I really appreciated that.

I got a loan 5 days ago for $2700 and they took out $580, I called to see how much I owed them back for the loan and the rude customer service representative told me $18,000. I couldn't believe my ears,if you are in need of help Birch lending is not the company to ask. They are a complete highway robbery company and should not be in business!!!!

The online service person was polite
The online service person was polite, and professional. Having my deposit made the very next day was terrific, considering I am a returning customer I expected nothing less!
I am still unhappy with the way points can be redeemed, it seems to be a secret, hoop jumping process.. screams dishonest to me.

I asked for a 1,500 lian guys. And you want 9,000 in return at a 465 percent interest. How is this even legal. You want to charge my bank acct each week for 157 dollars. Who can afford this. I sure can't. Had I known you were to screw me I would have never ask for the loan.

Negative star
If i could give a negative star i would. They say you approved and have you sign the documents and then you wait for your money. It doesn't come. You then call and they say they need more verification. You give it to them and then they say you are not approved. Their fees are so ridiculous, also. I have had loans with them before and I paid them off so I am a VIP customer according to them. Don't use these people. Go to Sunshine loans. They are more affordable and professional.

Screw u out of your money!
I was fine with them until they didn't take my payment that was supposed to be processed. Charged me 500 extra dollars! Don't use them. They will screw u out of your money.
