One thing worth checking: there are copycat sites impersonating us right now, and orders placed through them are not fulfilled by our team. A quick way to tell is your bank statement — if the charge shows a Hong Kong / overseas bank descriptor, it didn't come from us. We're based in the Midwest, USA, ship our own batches, and answer every message.

A quick way to tell: check your bank or card statement. If the charge shows a foreign descriptor — a Hong Kong bank, or anything based overseas — that isn't us. We're based in the U.S. Midwest and our charges show as Biotech Compounds. And if you have an account with us, a real order always appears in your order history; if it's not there, it wasn't placed on our site.
