I ordered 3 bottles of their magnesium... 7 days later, and UPS tracking label states that they still haven't received the item. I've called customer service, and they told me they would reach back out to me that day, they didn't... nor the next day. I even emailed their customer support email twice now in the last 3 days, and still haven't gotten a reply. Next step appears that i will have to contact my bank and get the charge disputed. NO TRUST or communication from this company and very disorganized. I needed these supplements in the window they were explained, and it's already passed due and it hasn't even shipped.

I ordered this for the first time. Took 1 tablet instead of the recommended 2, just to see how it would affect me. Within an hour I felt nauseous and light headed. Deciding that it wasn't going to be something I could take, I decided to look up their return policy.
I was incredibly upset to find out that they wouldn't do a refund at all unless the bottle was unopened. So after spending over $40 on a bottle of supplements that I can't take I'm out this money.
What's the point of sending something back that I haven't tried? You don't know how it's going to affect you or work for you unless you try it and then your just out this much money!

All the worst. I ordered the goods a month and a half ago and I still haven't received them. I write to customer service and no one answers. I lost 40e for nothing. Avoid this site.

I purchased three months worth of the stress guardian with the understanding that they have 100% money back guarantee for 365 days of Im not happy I can return . However after three months no changed it cost almost $200 for three month so I asked for the money back. They only let you try one month and you have to have left over to return to get that money back you also have to pay for shipping . what a joke

On the face of it, I like it - its not easy to find a bio/ organic Magnesium compound.
However, on 3 separate occasions I found damaged capsules/ half empty/empty capsule shells in 3 separate batches.. The UK distributer was very responsive at addressing the problem, BUT I'm extremely unconvinced with the manufacturing process.

I strongly suspect Biooptimizers are focused on an aggressive marketing campaign (also involving influencers) to try copy the success of AG1 and others, and hence are happy to sacrifice on quality control.

Given I've consistently received poor quality product also leads me to think that the actual magnesium compounds inside Bioptimisers may not be as high quality as they make us believe.

I've therefore found other magnesiums. I'd encourage buyers to tread carefully with this company (and likely others!)

I took their digestive enzymes Mazzymes last summer and over a period of 3 to 4 weeks, all my muscles in my whole body shrank away and all my skin started to hang of my body like bags. It looked like I had aged 30 years in 3 weeks. I stopped the supplement and the muscled mass started to come back, but it only came back the first week and then it stopped, so I still have super saggy skin and mushy muscles. I had a super toned, excellent physic before I took this supplement. I have paid thousands of GBP to see specialists and do lots of tests to see what can be done about this, but I havent found a solution. I train super hard with weights at the gym, but it doesn't help either. This has made me super depressed and anxious and I now have to take antidepressants because of it. I didn't want to write a review and have just focused on a solution, but I thought I really should tell people how this supplement have ruined my body and my mental state. Very serious side effect that isn't mentioned on the website or bottle and when you email them, they just say they don't know anything about it and just send you links to a book that praises how good the enzymes are. Zero accountability. Update: Two years later, I still haven’t regained my muscle tone and my skin is still super saggy, despite spending over £7,000 on recovery. BiOptimizers has never addressed this issue or offered any accountability.

Almost choked to death on magnesium breakthrough.It burst 9n my mouth and I was coughing and choking.Will never buy anything from this company and they offered no refund from this.

Excellent customer service! Both times I needed to return a product

Ordered in Dec - order never showed. Forgot I ordered (because it took sooo long) ordered again in January - neither ordered showed up but tracking changes daily to be the next day... You call in they say it should be here in a few days.... I might believe them but the exact same thing happening with 2 orders. I believe they are taking our money and hoping you will forget. 2 $100 ORDERS, nothing has arrived.

I used to think this was a great company however I’m beginning to have my doubts. They’ve become such a hit that it now takes 2 week to get an order which is ridiculous for the amount of money the charge. I’ve been greatly disappointed with this last order and how it was handled. They convince you by making you think the the only company out there that has such superb products. I am going to look into other companies. You can also get these on Amazon now. And you get them much quicker but the fee is slightly higher in top of an already high price. I’ve been using these products for a long time and I’m not sure if I will continue.

I don't know what I like the most. The product for sleeping is amazing as well as the magnesium. The customer service is spot on and I couldn't be happier. It takes a while to get your order but that is not their fault.

What an absolute rip off. Bought a "bundle" on line. Didn't realize I paid $21.10 for a book I will burn. Just clever marketing on the Redacted show. I will never watch Redacted again. SCAM.

The product Magnesium Breakthrough did not overwhelm me but seemed to help my body feel better. Wither this was psychosomatic or real is still a question in my mind leaving me to wonder if other magnesium supplements were just as effective for half the price (after researching the different types of Mg). What concerns me is that Mg Breakthrough does not account for the amount of each type of Mg only to say that it is a "proprietary" blend which could mean anything. I found a different brand of Mg complex with most of all the different types as Mg Breakthrough has but was 1/4 the price. What made me switch was the ridiculous price of BiOptimizers products, and when I called to place a repeat order and attempted to negotiate a deal that was previously offered (6 for the price of 5), I was brushed off and they wouldn't budge. When I told them that they had just lost a repeat customer, they could care less. No call back - nothing except crickets. So I don't do business with them anymore.
In addition, I am expected to recall the date of this failed negotiation with BiOptimizers? It was mid 2023, how's that?

It took 2 weeks for them to pack and sip my $350 purchase. When it finally arrived after 4 days of complaining, I have followed their, "blue print," and have thus far not noticed any changes other than my bank account having $350.00 less then what I need. Their customer service is awful and my coach doesn't do a thing. Do not buy any of their products.

Has carrageenan therefore I find the website and description are dishonest. The photos on the website do not state carrageenan (causes inflammation and damage to gut)

When I received the bottles, I was shocked to see carrageenan on the label.

Have been ordering from this company for about 6 months. On my most recent order, the products didnt turn up. I emailed their support team and was told none of my details were in their system (despite being a return customer). I have now spent the last week back and forth with their customer support team trying to convince them that I have in fact ordered products from them (despite the fact i've provided order number, email address etc.)

I suspect its because they have farmed out UK operations to a 3rd party distributor - but thats not an excuse. I'm now out of pocket and have wasted a ton of time

Literally the worst company and customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered 5 bottles, and they did not come for a month. I contact the company, and they tell me they sent the order, but when you look at the tracking it says that it's still stuck with their shipping partner!

They then mail me out the order FINALLY, and it arrives 2 weeks later. The company offered NO COMPENSATION, and said I CAN RETURN THE VITAMINS TO THEM. Helllooo. RED FLAG anyone!? You are quite possibly receiving returned vitamins! Who knows what people do to these before they get to you.

But my main issue here is how the company didn't even offer to refund my order AND have me keep the shipment, considering it's a month later and they screwed up. I'll also add that I had a subscription with them, and had one previous order delivered. I guess they have never heard of customer loyalty.

Stay away from this company! It seems as if this whole company is outsourced outside of the USA as everyone I speak to if foreign and I can barely understand them. They do not have the capability to handle any customer concerns, only for you to place purchases!

I'm so upset that I listened to Dhru Purohit podcast and took his referral about this company. Clearly he's just getting paid by advertisers to sell crap to his listeners!

I have heard good things about their products but I find their order process to be unethical. Ordered and paid for a product. I was then sent to a page indicating that there was an intermediary step necessary to complete my order. On the page were add on supplements and no way to indicate I did not want anything to complete my order. In other words, is seemed like I had to order another product to complete my order.

On top of that there was a message on top of the page saying my shipment would be shipped within 12 hours. Not sure if that meant after I completed my order or not. I then contacted customer service via chat. They told me there was a 24 hours hold on all order. It would not be shipped in the next 12 hours.

I simply find these tactics to be unethical and just don't do business with companies that pull this garbage. Products may be great but I don't think I trust their products if they are willing to be unethical in other areas.

They don´t send their Nootopia Nootropics World Domination package ou any of their products to Brazil anymore due to custom laws. My last package of Nootopia Nootropics World Domination package with I paid 399 U.S dollars one buy once with my credit card at their Nootopia website, (Anvisa, brazilian FDA), didn´t autorize the package to enter Brazil and get delivered to my address. Or Bioptimizers talks with their lawyers and come here to Brazil with their lawyers and resolve these custom laws with Anvisa and brazilian customs or I think that I have to move to the USA to buy their products inside the USA. But moving to Brazil to the USA is a very difficult issue, especially envolving money. I´ve been a loyal customer from Bioptimizers since the year 2005. I e-mail their support team and they don´t answer my e-mails.

I've used many BiOptimizers products over the years and have always been impressed with the quality and the results I see from the products.

Recently I've been working with Eric from BiOptimizers sales staff and he's made me feel like a VIP. He's dealt with any questions I've had, chatted about options, and found the best deals for me.

I can't recommend the company enough. Keep being awesome!
