I bought the Magic keyboard and trackpad tray and build quality is in another level, exactly how I expected sturdy, heavy and minimalist.

Absolute shambles. Anything you order will take 3 months minimum to arrive, but you still get plenty of emails telling you about all the other lovely products you can order.

Second time ordering, second time waiting several months with inventory issues cited as being the problem. If there are known inventory issues it should be clearly stated on the website that orders will take time to be fulfilled. Nobody should have to wait months and chase for updates after their money is taken. For that to be the case on more than one order is inexcusable. A shame because the one product I did get my hands on, whilst very expensive, is of good quality.

Avoid ordering from this company until they make drastic changes and deliver customer service that matches the premium prices they charge.

They do not keep their word. They couldn't deliver the order. I received the refund 6 months after spending a lot of time. The setup is half completed. They blocked on Instagram. Positive reviews are fake.

I ordered the Ipod headphone charger. The item is well made and a beautiful piece of equipment that looks good on any desk or tabletop. The charger worked as it was advertised. The delivery was late due to parts being ordered and the tariff mess, but they did a good job with emailing me to let me know what was happening and that it was going to be longer than anticipated.

Overall, my experience with Bionic has been positive. I ordered an aluminium MacBook Air stand, and now that it has arrived, I'm very pleased with it. The design is clean and minimalist. The finish feels premium, and it fits extremely well with an Apple-style desk setup. It is also lighter than I expected at around 400 to 500 g while still feeling well-made.

The main area for improvement is the lead time. At the time of ordering, the website indicated approximately 2-3 weeks, whereas my order took around 3.5 weeks to be dispatched, followed by another 5-6 days for delivery, so approximately a month in total. This wasn't a major problem for me, but I think more realistic or regularly updated delivery estimates would improve the customer experience.
Before writing this review, I also looked through some of the other Trustpilot reviews and noticed that experiences appear quite polarised. I can only comment on my own experience: despite the longer than expected wait, the product arrived safely and I'm genuinely happy with its quality and appearance. Based on my experience, I would be comfortable ordering for Bionic again, although I would allow some extra time for fulfilment.

Ordered an aluminum valet tray - it is made without seems, matches well with my ugmonk items on my desk. Even though shipped from europe, arrived in 5 days to west coast usa

They are scammers. I ordered from them many items and didn’t receive anything. And it’s not my only. Type them in google and see yourself.

Order BL1453 from last year still no package.

**Avoid – Paid in May, Still No Goods or Refund in August**

I would strongly recommend avoiding placing an order with this company based on my experience.

I placed and paid for my order in **May**. It is now **August**, and I still have not received the goods.

Throughout this time, I have received numerous explanations about stock issues and repeated emails promising that the items would be dispatched “that week”. Unfortunately, those promises have repeatedly come to nothing, and the goods have still not been sent.

After waiting for months, I have now requested a **full refund on three separate occasions**. Those requests have been ignored, and I still have neither the goods I paid for nor my money back.

Taking payment for an order is one thing, but leaving a customer waiting for months, repeatedly promising dispatch dates that are not met, and then ignoring repeated requests for a refund is completely unacceptable.

I have now run out of patience and will be contacting my card issuer to **raise a chargeback and recover the money**.

Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think very carefully before handing over any money.

Die Ware wurde verrechnet, es kam aber bis Heute fast 10 Monate später noch nicht alles an, auch ist die Ware nicht wie abgebildet, Scam.

The company is scam. Placed my order and after a month of ZERO communication, I reached out to them and I was told there were “stock issues”. Because of the lack of communication, I told them (or him - I think it’s one person) to cancel my order and issue me a refund. They “cancelled my orders”, but here it is 6 weeks later, no product and no refund. Every email is just excuse after excuse. No product. No refund. DON’T buy from this company. I’m currently in the claim process with PayPal.
