These people totally suck if they make mistake and you go all the way over there to the site they will not compensate you anything if you don’t donate they made a mistake by not taking my sample the last time and then will give me nothing today

It was a waste of time. I had an appointment. I went, and I waited and waited, and waited. I was told to wait in the back room. I waited, and after an hour of waiting in the back room, I gave up. I will not be returning.

If you are doing this to help others, much better ways to help will appreciate your time. If you're doing it for the cash and can make $20/hour doing anything else, do that.

Three times set up appointments by phone, show up and they say you don't have an appointment, come back next week.

Simply do not waste your time with this company.

Showed up 40 minutes early for my first time donor appointment with BioLife because I moved from one city to another and wanted to be closer to home I get there the representative asked me have you eaten or drink anything with protein a car nothing about iron and I said yes I ate a special case cereal not the sugary time so she tells me "need to drink this and eat this and get it in your system and then we'll call you back before we can get you on the table"I questioned her knowing that everything was fine due to the fact that I've been donating for the past three and a half almost 4 years at another center in a different city but a different center other than fire life never had a problem with October everything was always fun my protein was always on point iron was always on point never had a problem with them my first day was this place that my life in largo tells me that I have to drink this and I have to eat this before they can get me in the back and I told him I assure you my protein is fine and my iron is fine so I did what they said and get to the screening in my proteins too high they gave me an additional 22 grams of protein before I was even screaming had they screamed me before they gave me that I would have gone right through with no problem. Second day I go back past everything everything's fine let me step back for a minute first day they did a vein check two people did a vein check on me and I was fine but because of my protein was told to come back the next day so I did I get up early in the morning stand out there wait for the bus take the bus there get through the screening everything was fine get back there another vein check nope we have to have two veins I'm 50 years old what am I supposed to do throw another vein overnight because they can't use one arm The other place octapharma that I donated at for three and a half almost 4 years you never had a problem with using one vein I've never had to be reached up that should be the patients or the donors should I say they're discretion that's why we sign all those liability forms and understand that this could happen that could happen this could happen that could happen makes no sense. I will definitely put the word out to everyone that I know that plans to donate not to visit BioLife anywhere. I want to be taken out of the system of BioLife permanently so that I can find a more competent center closer to my home rather than having to take a two-hour bus ride just to get a center that knows what the hell they're doing.

Well they need to train there people on how to stick people right instead of bruising up donors and walking away like you know your job. As well as having managers that know what's going on instead of just coming to tell you your only getting 10 dollars for half a bottle and the pain and suffering. Well yall lost yall love and care for donors and now abusing the donors. Need better managers that don't laugh at you while walking away.. Trash

I went to the BioLife Thornton location today and the staff is great they answered all my questions I had and had a great experience I will be back there again thank you to all the staff there scott

They need to offer better compensation for donors. They turn an overhead profit margin of $5,000-$6,000 per donor and show no appreciation with compensation. Furthermore to pay a donor $110 a week is an insult for there time that’s why people aren’t going to Casselberry location. I’m about to boycott this company all and all I’m sickened when we used to get double if not almost triple $800-$1200 a month to $440 total simply disgusting this is a money hungry company that cares nothing about there donors thinking about going to dsl or anywhere but here consumer beware!

I’m a very patient person but the staff has test me to the point where I had to speak my mind. Very unprofessional and un compassionate. Highly untrained. I attempted to donate 3 times all unsuccessful. I thought it be nice to do a good thing and make a little money. One of the associates there had attitude as soon as I walked in. Once she started the screening I had eye rolling. It make me feel unwelcomed but this was not the first time I seen this person acting like this. I tried a little small talk and continue to be polite. Having system issues and instead of letting me know what is going on she kept walking away with attitude. I asked if we need to cancel and reschedule and she ignored me. So after I confronted her and said what is with the attitude. I get it your there for the money and so am I. If you hate your job leave. Also be patient with new donors they don’t know the process so take a little time to make sure they understand what you are doing

Well at the end the manager and one of the nurses made sure I understood the process so that my “next” appointment will be smoother.

The people that work at the Snellville location are great. It runs pretty efficiently most days
I am most upset with the weekly promotion I just received a few minutes ago
One week for $100
This has gone down from $140 to 130 to 110. Now $100 per week
My plasma helps a lot of people . But after May. I’m no longer coming back. I try to help people with immune deficiency. But $100 a week for about 6 hours of my time is not worth it any longer. And the points redemption dollar amount is a joke. $5.00 for 1250 point (8 visits)

Staff are always so sweet and careful with the customer >staff takeyah- was great !!

I want to show a gratitude to a special person who showed her hard work today when no one was helping her when there was a extremely long line today she was moving fast to her best to get the line down and I just wanted BioLife to acknowledge her hard work today thank you soooo much for showing how much you care about us as donors today Ms Yuneishy you are the best and continue to represent BioLife showing us donors you truly love your job for the care of donors.Kudos to you!!!!!!!!!

BIOLIFE is a joke which is why I stopped donating. I waited in line for 90 min while everyone around me was just as fed up as I was.
Just A bunch of freaking Guinea pigs, I watched while several left.
So while each donation had once been worth between $140.00 to $120.00.
NOW you’ve reduced it to only $95.00!!!!!
Are you kidding me!!!!!!!
Yet your getting paid a fortune for our plasma, we the poor souls who endure the hell at your billion dollar clinic are worth the very least!!!!

This place seems to be run by children. They gather in a group and are loud and obnoxious. The worst one is a “lead technician “ according to his name tag. Do they honestly pay this man? He never seems to do any work. I see other employees work their tails off while this guy jokes around.

I was recently at the Lakeland, Fl Location and walked out.
It seems like they have preference when it comes ar the waiting to donate line.
I'm in the red B team... and I saw over 4 people going after me... and I got there before them...
It take over 1 hour to drive there and when I decided to call the manager regarding why I left the clinic.. she answers very unprofessional.. I asked who was her and she stated "a manager"
I asked her if that was her real name ??

When you work in a medical environment, you need to learn that patients comes first.

I WILL Rather driver 2 more hours for abnother facility before I go there.

BioLife is, in my experience, an extremely unprofessional company staffed with consistently rude employees. Their ambivalence toward their task at hand and their donors borders on cynicism, not to mention their nefarious business practices. It appears they go to some length to deter certain donors from returning. On 3 consecutive appts I was first assigned to a phlebotomist that had never drawn blood, as I was her first donor, next I was informed that I had an air bubble in my tube that had to be corrected, and last my vein was blown, causing large, deep bruising and swelling beneath my skin accompanied by pain and tingling in my arm. My following appt. I was turned away after being informed that I had only one “good” vein from which to draw, and told to come back after my arm had healed. In addition, I have been turned away numerous times for various reasons including low iron levels, lost or misplaced bloodwork, and finally insufficient veins from which to draw. At sixty years old, I have never experienced even one of these problems from a lab or other health facility in my life, and my blood is drawn several times annually for routine diagnostics. I will never return to any BioLife center, and I highly suggest that anyone who is contemplating becoming a plasma donor with them to reconsider.

The in take staff , at the front desk , in Lakeland was disgustingly rude , racist I won't be back,!!!

I’ve been donating at BioLife in Oklahoma City on Northwest Expressway for a while, but today I had the best experience. My phlebotomist Brandy was amazing. It was very quick and easy and she was very efficient. I definitely hope I get her when I go back again.

Biolife uses deceptive marketing to get you in. Also it would seem that no 2 Biolife locations are on the same promotion schedule. They offer a $100 buddy referral promotion. Turns out there are many things that can disqualify a referal, but they don’t tell you that until after your referral has given plasma twice! In fact the referral I sent to them made sure to give them my name on 3 different occasions to make sure I was credited! After his 2nd donation, no money was put on my card. I called there on 3 occasions and no one returned my call until my referral went down there and raised hell, telling them how he gave them every opportunity to tell him he was not qualified each time he donated, but no one said a thing except, ok yes we have your friends name and we put it in the computer. That’s just not cool. They lost 2 donors over this. Not good business. All that time we believed they would send me the $100 bonus like they said they would.
