This was my first time using cbd. I ordered the bio cbd vape pen. My goal was to get relief from pain and help with sleep. The taste was very pleasant. Unfortunately it did not work as best as i liked and gave me headaches after using the product. My experience overall with customer service was excellent. They refunded my purchase before 30 days. I think i will try another route for using CBD. Thanks for the prompt service and customer satisfaction.

Due to a couple recommendations, I’ve been using the BioCBD Vape for a month now. I am terminally ill - deadly brain tumor with many unknowns. The product is great

Customer service is terrible. I purchased my 3rd batch of this product back in April, it was dispatched quickly, I then received a customs charge for £138! This is over 100% the total cost of the product (import tax is 20% for the UK)

It turned out that the shipping company valued a $165 product at $800!!!!

I contacted company regard this and James contacted me and seemed genuinely upset and offered to refund me in full, however I am still waiting for this, claims made that refund was made last month and proof sent to show that refund hasn't been made, and now nobody is responding to me, over a week with nothing back

Poor service

Since posting this James has been back in touch and refunded me, its just a shame that I have had to resort to this to get a response from the company

I'm really looking forward to receiving my products as I've heard wonderful things about them and know they will be a big part in my healing. The only reason I've given 4 stars is because I thought the process of ordering was quite slow and receiving answers to my questions either wasn't done or took a while... But I think I'll forget about that when I receive my goodies! Can't wait! Thank you :)
