I have experienced extreme joy while attending the 5 day workshop of ACD from 23 rd till 27 th September. Thank you Sameerji for your excellent mode of narrating situations and connecting it to dance. Reminding us the benefits of dance through daily life examples and getting us to dance is an art by itself. Your dedication and sincerity in teaching dance to all age groups is highly commendable. Thanks to Sameer & Kiruthika. After 5days ACD class, I felt it is not ACD class. It is rejuvenate workshop.My heart felt something I have achived. Whenever hearing music my body gets enthusiastic. Continuing enthusiasm I joined ACD STAR CLUB PROGRAM.

It was an invigorating 5 days and I happen to learn some easy and trendy dance moves. The health benefits that were listed for some moves were greatly helpful especially for back pain, frozen shoulder etc....

It was just wow . The steps were taught in story form which I think I will never forget . Only that I need grace & with daily practice I am going to achieve that . Most effective teaching of concepts, practice and benefits of dancing in 5 hours. Very engaging during and after class hours. I just shake my body for beats and wanted to.learn some graceful movements, which this workshop addressed.
You can slow down teaching certain movements for better understanding

I joined ACD a week ago. It was a wonderful experience. After completing my 5 days class I took this golden opportunity of continuing my journey with ACD. Mr. Sameer is a fantastic Guru. His simplest way of teaching can really make anyone dance. I am super excited to learn more ☺️
