Electric Roto-Till
The electric rototiller arrived fast and it is of great quality. It seems to have more power than my gas powered rototiller. The cord is a little bit of a pain, but I didn't want to deal with a gas roto-till, so the cord isn't an issue.

Great performing saw.
When I unboxed my saw it was obvious that it was rough handled during shipping. The box was damaged and the bar was missing. I contacted Bilthard and they were going to send a bar but had none in stock so they told me what to buy from Walmart and reimbursed me more than the cost of that bar. That is what customer service should be. I have used the saw in pine, maple, and hickory. It cuts aggressively, has great throttle response, and is made of good materials.

I received wrong fan…
I received a different fan than what was ordered. A Return label was provided and I sent it back a couple days later once UPS picked it up. They did not want to send out my original order until return was received. At this point I am canceling the order and they still seem hesitant to do that.

Great little splitter
Great little splitter for the type of small splitting I will be doing. It's compact and powerful for its size. I built a base out of concrete blocks, and wood top, rather than using stand. I felt it might be more secure.

Bilt Hard 5500 Duel Fuel Great Generator
Good Afternoon Bilt Hard Staff, Thank you so very much for the follow up regarding my purchase. I love my new generator! I got it all set up last Friday, connected it to my 32 foot 30A motorhome I was happy with it. Today I connected it once again and I ran the air conditioner off of it. I am running it on propane and so far so good. I am very happy with it. Total run time to date 1 and 1/2 hours.

Overpromised
We expected the order in 2-3 days like advertised and its been over a week and we still haven't seen what we ordered. We would of just ordered somewhere else if we would of known it was going to take this long. Would of definitely received it sooner.

Sorry, there may be some weather problems in the logistics. Our delivery is usually completed within 24 hours, but on the weekend, we are off, so the orders placed over the weekend are usually processed and shipped on Monday. I'm terribly sorry.
