Absolutely no communication once the was paid for.
I repeatedly had to contact you RE the M4 exhaust.
All you need to do is update the customer if it’s running late. Just knowing it’s moving but requiring more time is enough to satisfy the customer.

Bill's Exhausts is the Best
Bill's Exhausts was the only dealer that had my exhaust in stock at the time in the US. After receiving my exhaust and spending hours installing it I ran into an issue and thought I needed to file a claim with the manufacturer. Bill called after looking up the instructions and helped me figure out how to get it installed correctly. He went above and beyond what most dealers would to take care of me and I'm super grateful for that. Thanks again for your help, Bill!
