new user to hampers looking to oreder for 2025 what would be delivery dates as saw some was ment to be 23rd dec thats so late im wanting to order 1400 worth of hampers

all hampers so good all meast tins pop crips biscuts all great and on time just put my order in for this year

So easy with the direct debit and the delivery is always good and on time 3rd year I've ordered and the product is outstanding

The hampers are great you have everything you need the price is right costumer service is great beaver had a bad experience with bilco direct

This company gives me stress free with its hampers especially at Christmas time thank you and this is going to be my 3rd year with them thank you

Order stuff last year. I need more time too pay they cancel my order i kept what i paid. They left me short.

My fourth year ordering never encountered a problem great way to get christmas presents without the worry prices are good and delivery is always on time

The. Food is great quality , very reliable and polite driver have never had a problem with the company I would and have told friends and family about the company

Easy to use website you can choose payment frequency plenty of hampers and gifts to choose from delivery on time had no problems in the 3 years I have been with them

Completely took the stress of christmas food shopping away. Arrived promptly. Well packaged. Excellent choice. Definitely ordering again for next year.

Received my order this morning and none of it worth the money, paid 40 pounds for biscuits got 4 wee boxes and 2 packets worth a pound each, sweets one was no where near 71 pounds worth, won't be using them again!!!

the delivery time is an absolute joke.
Ive ordered the largest hampers to the sum of just over £1600
The delivery date is late on the 23rd December!!!- what good is that to me at this late time?
Great Frozen turkey for christmas! So now i need to buy one anyway in order that it can defrost in time for Xmas Eve when everyone is round!
the actual hampers have disappeared from the Bilco website so i havent got a clue as to what i am/should be getting!

So an update on the review and I've changed this from 1 to 5 stars.
The company did in fact get in touch, the delivery date was amended to the 17th December.
5 stars for their after sales service. So many companies respond to a negative post on TripAdvisor but so few actually do something about it.

i absolutely love bilco , i was skeptical at first when i first ordered in 2022 as i never heard of bilco so i just got the sweet sensation and the biscuit galore hamper , they turned up so in 2023 i decided to go all out and get the christmas combo deal it comes with 7 hampers everything turned up and the food lasted until early march so ive ordered the same for 2024 which i cant wait to arrive

Love it and good price

So easy to order looking forward to seeing the products definitely will be ordering again
