ho pagato la e-bike il giorno 11/09/2024 ho scritto 6 e-mail ed ho compilato il loro modulo di contatto altrettante volte senza avere mai risposta, il numero di telefono è falso e whatsapp anche, impossibile mettersi in contatto. Mi hanno rubato i soldi visto che ad oggi 05/11/2024 non ho ricevuto niente.

Bonjour, ne pas acheter sur le site Bikelux. C'est un faux site mais je me suis fait avoir, j'ai perdu 120 euros. Ils sont malins une petite somme pour commander mais c'est perdu.
Maintenant il faut faire fermer ce site

Upon finding the website with impressive prices I proceeded to see if they accepted PayPal and Klarna to cover my payment incase for a scam but as I did the website automatically processed a order I never wanted I have emailed what’s apps and used the contact me part to try to cancel said scooter to no reply I have not paid any money luckily but scared there going to send a scooter and force me to pay Whitch I Carnt so don’t no what to do will keep all posted

These are scammers. I ordered a bike and there is no response. They only accept payment by bank transfer, probably their card payments have been blocked. Payee M. Maya Diez with accounts in Germany and Spain. They were also blocked on Aliexpress.

I was so close to pay for e-bikes to Bikelux Iban account when I found out that the account holder was a dissolved company.
Dont pay anything!

I placed an order on 08.03 and transferred the money to them by invoice. Since then they neither answer nor contact me. I want my money back.

I write this review first and i think its was a scam but today i received my bike i recommend its sure that not fast in shipping i will recommend again

Paid for ebike..No answer after from company and I get nothing. Stay away..they are not real! Lost 1000 euro!

I am afraid I have suffered a scam. I first saw a bike in AliExpress, serving as marketplace for Bikelux, but you can't order directly from there. They told me to order the bike via their web, bikelux.com. I paid 1190 EUR via bank transfer with a platform called SUMUP. That was on the 10th of March. it is now 22st and the company remains silent in their whatsapp number, that they keep changing. Searching in the web I found a landline phone in the UK and a man told me that they are closed and what I told them that I paid them for a bike, he just hanged up. Most likely the scammer selected an existent bike shop to use as an alibi and make their scenario to look legit. But it is 11 days now with no notification of shipment neither any comment.

I just get my e scooter today thanks for fast shipping trusted company
