The owner of this company was at the time working for Jacob Fleming in Dubai yet another fraudulent organization which has since shut down. To be fair , he performed his job honorably in that company - for the first few years . However slowly I suppose it is contagious. He relocated most of the sales staff from Dubai (where the successful individuals were earning a minimum of $5000+ a month in commissions ) to Bangalore India where he stated that "the Indians will work like dogs" for $400 commission. His words , not mine.
So you see his attitude when he quit JF and set up his own shop. Employees are treated little better than slaves . Salary is not considered by him to be their right but collateral to be used and abused against them.

Of course since COVID this is an employers market , in the events industry anyway, hence they continue their revolting practices.

This company has no HR policies/ethics.

Salary is NEVER EVER on time and forget about final settlements, this goes has charity.

Stay away from this company! at first, I did not read too much into the reviews after going through the interview process, even though I did have my suspicions based on the questions I was asked, the fake-looking website, and thinking most of the negative reviews could be that of disgruntled employees - but then there seems to be a pattern since 2018, and furthermore, their LinkedIn page shows they are based in Canada, with offices in London and Dubai, but operating from India and Pakistan due to the pandemic. When I checked on this with the owner prior to signing the offer letter, he got back to me in a very rude way, almost upset that I figured everything out, and blew their cover. I feel a lot of the content is most likely stolen from other tradeshow organizers and almost all of the speakers at these so-called virtual events are in on this, and "they get a sales and marketing team who probably don't even know they are a part of the scam" to promote an event that never really takes place. they are simply destroying the reputation of the events trade by these unethical and thief-like practices and falsely luring innocent job seekers and potential companies into a SCAM. Again I say, STAY AWAY!

Their website looks fake but I gave them trust. They claim to be a British business with subsidiaries around the world, and use fake names pretending to be from England or the US. However they use Indian mobile numbers, which should have been a warning...
But I was busy with work and did not notice the small details. They asked me to pay offshore, into an account in the middle east. I preferred to use my credit card, as it felt odd to transfer money like that.
I had to write my credit card number on a form and was asked to send it by email. Obviously I received no guarantees, no protections, no security, no proper treatment of my personal data. Two days after sending my card details I started receiving a number of fraudulent charges for flights and other online expenses. And of course their charge for this phantomatic training course.
Had to call the bank and block everything, but I am still fighting with that and have not managed to get my money back yet.
Then I realised how stupid I was to send my card details by email to some odd Indian company... The absurd part is that they keep calling me and my colleagues! I tried to block their numbers but they call from different lines.
I rarely write reviews, but I thought I would take the time for this one, as I wish someone else had warned me before.
