On the day Harry, Taylor, and Mike were an absolute dream team. They were punctual and completely took the stress and worry out of the day and were a good laugh. They were incredibly considerate, taking care of both our old and new house, using plenty of floor protection and professional covers for our sofas and mattresses etc. Not a single scratch or break in the entire move.

We hired Big Tuna Removals to pack our entire house, move us to our new home, and assemble/disassemble furniture. From start to finish, the team was absolutely amazing!

Despite numerous complications on moving day—many of which were out of our control, including delays caused by other removal companies—the Big Tuna team handled everything professionally and with incredible patience. They worked far later than expected, remained cheerful and positive, and truly helped reduce our stress. Their calm demeanor and helpful attitude kept us relaxed and smiling, even when things were far from ideal. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them.

Given how late it was by the time everything was unloaded and with our new house not quite ready to receive all our belongings, we couldn't initially set things up where we wanted them. But true to their word, Big Tuna sent out two of their team members the very next morning to help us get everything into place once the house was fully ready.

This was an unusual situation that could have easily resulted in extra charges, but Big Tuna's priority was always our satisfaction. I've taken a few days to think about how to review Big Tuna Removals, who moved us this weekend. Quite honestly I can't say enough good things about this company. From initial contact to waving them off on Saturday evening, our experience with them has been stress free and effortless. Big Tuna were recommended to us by a friend, who was 100% happy with their experience. Our move was arranged within 10 days of our moving date and Big Tuna went out of their way to accommodate us, and our short time frame. With time limited, a video walk through our house gave foundation for our quote. The quote was extremely reasonable and they reassured us that everything would be okay, they would handle everything, and they did! With limited parking at our old house (on a lane) they somehow managed to park two trucks so they didn't interfere with traffic, handled stairs to the property, negotiated small spaces in a small house, and worked effortlessly as a team, whilst smiling, reassuring me and genuinely enjoying their job. At the other end they parked, off loaded (up stairs again!) and worked until quite late in the day without complaint. It was such a hot day and they worked so hard! lf you want a completely stress free moving experience at a very reasonable price please do yourself the biggest favour you can and book Big Tuna.

They were really as flexible as they could be to work around school pickup times and our difficult schedule and were just brilliant with everything! Would highly recommend!

Booked 2h and i didn't even had to check the time as they advised me they still had time to help me shift the furniture to the room of choice. This is the second time I have used this company. James did a fantastic job. He was very reliable charged a great price and made the move easy. He is very organised and helped us out so much getting my daughters stuff out of storage and into her new flat. He even carried most of it up 4 flights of stairs. Thanks James see you next year
