Very well organised
Very well organised, incredibly easy to use, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. To top it all, the convenience made the whole evening a lot more enjoyable.

Excellent - 5 Stars
Excellent company - always reliable and offer great service. The parking opportunities are limited around the CBS Arena, but these guys offer great sites, well marshalled and reasonable distances from the ground. Would definitely recommend. Any interactions have always been polite and friendly. 5 stars.

Cancelled at the 11th hour.. no refund..yet
We booked parking for the Manchester United Vs Southampton game.
It was cancelled at 10am on matchday, due to unforeseen circumstances!
I am still waiting for my refund and will be putting the charge into dispute with my credit card provider.
On the positive side we found a car park closer to the ground at at £5, half the price of this lot, cheers!

As soon as you provide the requested information I can check to see if the refund has been actioned for you.
Could of been clearer with parking address.
I've only given 4 stars because when I booked for Bristol City it didn't give me the full address of the parking at the university.

Parked through this company at West…
Parked through this company at West Brom game At Mercure hotel. Paid 10 quid. Roadworks at exit meant we took an hour to get out. Then got fined 60 quid. Appealed but I wonder how many get stitched up. Even without roadworks this car park is difficult to exit for a game as it is in a cul de sac which gets full.

Turned me away with wheelchair van to access a disabled space near my church. Had to take my disabled passenger much further away. Arrived at my destination to find able bodied people being allowed in to park. "My supervisor has just said we're allowed to let people in for church now". Nice one. Not. Unapologetic and giving the same "explanation " over and over again.

Your review is not a fair reflection of the fact that when you first arrived - the road was closed and when you returned later it was not.
