I bought the Bigme B751CS, and honestly, it was not what I was expecting. For me, it’s simply not going to work out, especially considering this is not a cheap device. I really wanted it to be perfect for my reading experience.
The main issue is not even the device itself. The problem is that when you buy something and decide you don’t like it, you should be able to return it — especially when the company clearly has a return policy.
It has been almost a week, and they still have not initiated the return process. A whole week. So please be aware that if something goes wrong or the device is not for you, you may have a very difficult time getting assistance, and that should not happen.
If customers decide to invest their money in your company, the minimum they should receive is clear communication and good customer service. If a company has a return policy, they should stand by it.
