Thrilled with my order
Very fast delivery, beads came the next day! Am so pleased with my order-what you see on the website is what you get. Have tried other suppliers and honestly the beads here are way too cheap for the amazing quality you get. Will definitely be back for more!

My order never arrive
My order never arrive and by not suppling a tracking number, your company has made this a very frustrating experience.

Besvarelse fra Big Little Store
Hi Justine. Because of the low price of the items we sell, we offer two shipping options at checkout for international orders which are clearly marked as "untracked" which is great value at £1.79 but a slower service and another marked as "tracked expedited" which is £5.79. The untracked service which you chose, as the name suggests, does not have a tracking number.
Having said all this, I would certainly have expected your item to have arrived by now, so I have refunded your order. It desn't appear we've had any contact from you, but we would have gladly assisted if you had contacted us at hello@biglittle.store.
Greg.
