Good quality charcoal at competitive price delivered in record time. Have been using Dura Dura for years.

Great charcoal, delivered on time with no issues, 5stars

Good service good delivery good price

Ordered a few bags of 5kg lump wood, very small charcoal and when using with bbq funnel the level of charcoal drops from full to 2/3, just shows how small they are.
Also expensive!

Brilliant Product and Service

Excellent service and delivery. I wasn’t in a rush for the product but it still arrived the next day. The charcoal I bought is packaged together on the site so make sure that you order the correct weight. Refreshing to see that the price hasn’t gone up since the last order 28 months ago 👍🏿

Regularly order this product

Big K have consistently great charcoal products. It's no wonder all the restaurants use them and delivery was spot-on too. Price is always competitive. Can't fault them. Been using them ten years or so.

Great selection of quality charcoal available for a wide range of cooks. I do think it would be good to have a more specific time or variable options in regards to delivery.

Very good prices very quick delivery and if you spend over £40 it’s free

Easy ordering process.
Prompt free delivery.
Excellent product, the restaurant grade dura charcoal is perfect for our barbecue. The charcoal is good hardwood charcoal and the large lumps burn well, gets hot and cooks well.

Quick service good product

Good quality, large chunks, charcoal.

The Dura is perfect for low and slow cooking over 8 hours or more.

Last purchase let down by the couriers who were several days late not that it mattered.

Excellent premium product - good quality charcoal. Website efficient for ordering. I am a retail ( not wholesale) & the pricing is half that of the supermarkets for the same product so excellent value especially when multi buy offers are on. Customer service excellent - spoke to a human ( hurray!) who resolved a courier delivery problem ( not Big K) swiftly with excellent communication & did what was promised. I am a repeat purchaser & would use no one else. Highly recommend for both product and service.

Ordered directly with Big K. Charcoal arrived next day as ordered. Quality of product is excellent. What’s not to like. Also cheaper than Amazon and eBay. Will definitely use them again.

I have never been disappointed with the log fire supplies I have purchased from Big K.
Thank you Big K
