I really wanted to like this company…
I really wanted to like this company because they have a huge selection of kitchen products and the prices initially seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, the service side completely let the experience down. My order took much longer than expected, and communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I had to send multiple emails just to get a simple update, and responses were slow and not very helpful.
The item eventually arrived, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, but the overall experience felt stressful and unorganized. For a company selling premium kitchen products, I expected much better customer support and clearer order handling. There’s potential here, but they seriously need to improve transparency, response times, and reliability.
