Great product, great quality, fantastic customer service after I'd not put my full address in they went above and beyond getting in touch to get full address. Will be using them again.

Finally a cap that actually fits!
After years of trying caps that either looked tiny on my head or felt like they were squeezing my skull, I have finally found my go to shop. The fit is genuinely spot on, comfortable straight away, and it actually sits properly without perching or needing any awkward extender.
The quality is excellent too, solid stitching, great materials, and it looks even better in person. Ordering was simple, delivery was quick, and the whole experience felt like it was made by people who really understand the struggle of finding a decent hat when you have a bigger head.
If you have ever avoided caps because none fit, give Big Hats For Big Heads a go, I will definitely be ordering again.

Thanks so much Chris!!! What a brilliant review. I really appreciate your kind words and insight - this is what BH4BH is about!!
A well-made winter hat for big heads!!
Very pleased with my purchase; it's a well-made winter 'wooly hat' that actually fits my big bonce! It is a good thickness material with nice deep turnup on the brim, which gives a double thickness over the forehead & ears, which is good. Quick dispatch too, even over Twixtmas! 👍

Thanks so much! I'm so happy you found our service to be excellent, I did my very best to keep on getting orders out all the way through the holidays :) Thanks for your support! Dave
Outside of UK, cost too high
With shipping, item cost, and customs fee the hat would have cost over $100 USD. Total cost wasn't clear when ordering. I refused the custom fee and item was returned.
Ordered on 12/19 and still waiting for refund.

We’re sorry for the frustration, but we’d like to clarify a few important points.
All international orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees set by the destination country’s government. These charges are outside of our control and are clearly stated in our shipping policy prior to purchase. All international customers are required to review this information before ordering.
From our correspondence, it’s clear you had hoped we would cover these import fees for you; however, doing so would mean operating international sales at a loss. As a small UK-based business, this is not something we are able to do.
In this case, the customs fee was refused, which caused the parcel to be held by customs in a temporary status. This holding period exists to give the recipient time to decide whether to pay the import fees.
As this period has now ended, the parcel is in the process of being returned to us. Please also note that the Christmas holiday period fell during this timeframe, which significantly slows international shipping and customs processing due to reduced operating days and increased parcel volumes.
The refund has not yet been issued because we are still awaiting the item’s return, which is standard procedure. Once the hat is received back with us, the refund will be processed promptly.
We ship to the United States regularly without issue, and import fees apply to all international purchases based on the buyer’s country.
As a very small, one-person business, reviews like this, which you posted on Trust Pilot and Google, can have a lasting impact on our business this is a real shame as the issue stems from import fees set by the buyer’s own country.
To all our future customers reading this we'd like to say:
This situation is a genuine one-off and entirely outside of our control. We encourage future customers to review the many hundreds of five-star reviews we’ve received across all platforms for a broader picture of our service.

Melon sized but doesn't look it.
I'm 53 years old and have NEVER found a hat to fit me comfortably. I'm pleased to say that this one fits me really well, and still has 3 - 4 adjustments left. I bought the Truckers Black Cap. It looks to be excellent quality and should last for years. What amazes me the most is that for a hat that's obviously bigger, it really doesn't look huge when wearing. So I have a comfortable hat that fits well and l look like every one else with normal sized heads :-D THANK YOU !!!!!

Great gift! My husband can’t take the heat off his head
I bought the hat as a Xmas gift for my husband. He always complained the hats didn’t fit him, so I decided to give a try with BH4BH. Because it was a gift and I didn’t have time to wrap it, I asked them if it was possible to send in a gift bag, and they were super kind to wrap perfectly in Xmas gift paper. It went immediately under Xmas tree :) As a result my husband loved the surprised and cannot take the hat off his head. Thank you to the team for the help!

Just ordered my second beanie hat.
Just ordered my second beanie hat from Big Hats for Big Heads as I was so pleased with the first one. I now have grey and black.
Such a great fit. When I usually put a beanie on it feels tight and uncomfortable.
These ones fit just right. Firm enough to stay in place but with enough room to feel comfortable.
There was a hand written note in both orders from Dave. You'd have to be pretty cold hearted not to respond to that type of touch.
Thank you and fair play to you Dave.

First time I have places an order with the company and extremely satisfied. The order arrived very quickly and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Never been able to find a suitable cap that’s fits me in bricks and mortar shops so I turned online to find just what I needed. Would definitely shop with them again.

Finally a good cap!
Took me a while to find a cap that fits my head, and that actually looks good. I've tried many over the years, but most have been so small they make me (with my big head) look like Huey Dewey or Louie. The quality is also great, so I can definitely recommend.
