Great way to see the city, without having to walk too much!

I was able to purchase ticket at the bus stop, which is very convenient. The tour was very good, I enjoyed the central Chicago loop with excursion in my own language.

Pretty good experience overall. The tour covered all the main spots, and the live guide made it more fun. Just wish there were fewer people during peak hours, but still a good way to see the city))

Great way to see the city, but room for improvement

We really enjoyed our time on the Big Bus Tour in Chicago — it’s a great way to get an overview of the city, especially if you're short on time. The views from the upper deck were amazing and the stops were well-located near major attractions.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had to wait a bit longer than expected at a couple of stops, and one of the buses was pretty crowded. That said, the staff was friendly, the audio guide was informative, and overall it was a fun and convenient experience. Would recommend to first-time visitors!

I visited the salon for a manicure and was generally satisfied. The technician was very friendly, careful, and approached her work professionally. The result was really nice, and my nails look well-groomed. However, I can’t give 5 stars because there were a few things that could be improved. The wait before the appointment was longer than expected, and I felt there could have been a wider selection of nail polish colors. Overall, though, it was a good experience, and I would return

If you want to hear a story of the Chicago architecture you must go with Candace . Very sweet , patient driver.

This is not my first time in Chicago, but I wanted to see new places in the city. I got on a big red bus, it was a very rewarding journey. Special thanks to our guides, who supported our mood all the way!

Just returned from Chicago, and enjoyed the Big Bus experience that helped us navigate the area. The tour operator/driver named Candace was the best experience of all. She was friendly and entertaining as she explained the various sites. Much preferred having her interactions, rather than the audio on the buses. We found the audio quite annoying and not really helpful. Hats off to Candace!!!!

Crowded and it felt a bit rushed. That said, you know that you're going on a group tour, right? And, if it feels a bit rushed, I wonder if maybe it's because I was enjoying what I was experiencing. All in all, would I do it again? Of course! Check it out and, if you keep an open mind, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. The only thing I would say that is negative on the actual operations was that we got a late start and returned early. That's never a good thing.

For anyone visiting Chicago for the first time, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. It's an absolute must to truly immerse yourself in the wonders of this remarkable city.

We used your Gocity for our recent trip to Chicago. Everything went wonderful except an issue with a driver of the BIG BUS Tours. Our driver Candice made our trip on this bus unbearable. She was screaming at my wife as if she was angry at her. My wife is a very quiet woman and Candice apparently was having a bad day. My wife had a question concerning taking photos. Candice came running after her screaming and yelling and raising her arms, made it so unpleasant we decided to leave the bus and walk. My wife was upset enough to cry after this abuse. Big Bus Tours should be aware that this woman is very angry, pushy person and doesn't show courtesy towards customers. I feel we should get compensated for having to deal with this angry, pushy, insulting woman.
