Are you serious!? I literally just watched the clock go to 0 seconds after I had already bid on something and should have WON IT because I was the highest bidder!! But instead, it started the time again at 7DAYS AND 24HOURS TO GO!!!??????? WTH...............!!!!!! I Should of read the reviews first before going on this website! Stupid website!!

Once excited to have found this site then...
Once excited to have found this site, I promptly bid on an item which was timed for auction end in 45 min. After I won the bid at timed auction end, the clock added another 24 hours - not a cookies glitch since I kept refreshing my browser window. Also, I had bid on several items and none of the auction item bids were shown in my online account although my email received notices whenever I was outbid. This site is poorly supported and apparently set up to trick bidders into thinking they can win a bid when the clock is rigged for infinite auction time. Do NOT waste time at bids.com.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I won an item when the auction ended and then suddenly 24 hours was added back onto the timer. I can assume it's because I won an expensive piece of jewelry for a very low price. I reached "John" by phone who was communicative, however, he said that the auction never ended and that perhaps I had a problem with "cookies" that affected what I saw on my system. I know what I saw and it wasn't a glitch on my end. I wouldn't recommend this site.

It's my first order from that site
It's my first order from that site, I had bid on many items but finally got a win. Then I received an email from them saying if I buy it over the weekend I get 25$ off. So i purchased it but I could not enter the code they provided. I contacted customer support and they assured me I would get the discount. When the order processed it was at full amount. I sent one email and within 5 minutes I received the discount, I never had service like that. They were so quick I couldn't believe it. I'm sure going to buy from them again. Big thank you

Amazing customer service! My first win I had won a ring, i guess their system was having difficulty at the time so I emailed customer service and they were nice enough to help me. because my payment already went through they told me because a glitch in the system was happening the item I won was out of stock so they actually refunded me back & gave me a $25 gift card. My second win I tried to use my gift card since the code wasn’t working I just paid the full price. Anyways I emailed them again, AGAIN VERY VERY HELPFUL!!! they told me it was active just to screenshot it & show them because I already paid full price i wasn’t able to so I was just going to try again for a next one. Anyways! Out of the blues I notice they had refunded me $25 from my purchase that I recently won. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I definitely recommend this site, & I definitely would be shopping here again :)

What a scam site. bidz or bids it's the same rip off site.won an auction for a watch and it never arrived.when I contacted them they said that it was the suppliers fault and credited my account.won a similar watch after depositing more money to my account to pay for it,again it never arrived.Don't waste your time or money on these scam artists!!

After receiving a notification that I had won an auction and paying the invoice, I received a notice that technical difficulties voided this auction. The following day BIDS ran the footer notification that I had won this auction. My lawyer will be back in his office on 7/8/19. I have been in contact with him. We will see how this turns out. Right now I would give BIDS zero stars if possible!

The dice are loaded and bids are twisted! A non'ethic site
I won a '14K ROSE GOLD PERIDOT NECKLACE CERTIFIED IMPERIAL' for USD 2,00 last monday morning and paid a global amount of 48,60 USD, as I live abroad and shipping fees are very high.
Stil, within one hour, the transaction was cancelled under the pretext Bids DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH STOCK TO FULFILL MY ORDER and my payment was immediately refunded, surely because the bid wasn't high enough, but I wasn't responsible for this state of things, these are the bidding rules!
And when checking on the website, I could see there were 2 of these at least available ...
So I'm just really wondering whether it's a true an authentic bid site with authentic bidding rules, all the more that I had already won a 3,00 USD ring 2 months ago and there again, it was stated they had run out of stock on this item too ... or am wondering indeed if everything is twisted!
So I had a really poor experience with Bids and won't recommend it to anybody, sorry, since I believe the dice are loaded right from the beginning!
