I waited months for a jade ring that I paid for & it never arrived. Then I contacted your company & they sent me another one. It is so big that it won't even fit my husband's thumb. This is not acceptable. This was a gift for a friend of mine & now I have to buy her something else. You sent me a ring that would fit a large man. How does this help my situation. Very unhappy that I have been waiting months for this. I will no longer be ordering from your company & I will not remove my review. Bad way of doing business. Your customer service number doesn't answer the phone.There is other review saying the same things.Just to let you know that the jade ring broke. It is made of plastic.

I have bought several items and I’m very happy with them and the service provided… but I have also won some auctions and never received the rings I’ve won… they say no reserve but it seems that is not true at all and I have proof of the auction I’ve won so don’t expect to get your items won because you may not get it

I have been a happy customer for years, however, while watching the bids recently Ive noticed that when I win a bid, it just disappears snd doesnt turn up on my won page. Has anyone else had this happen. Its usually really nice items that I got for a good price. Not the right way to do business.

I have bought multiple items from your company and never had a problem. I recently purchased a diamond ring and was sent an email saying that it was delivered. I have not received it. It was a gift for a good friend of mine. I have sent many emails and left many messages and not heard from anyone. I have paid for this ring and am surprised that nobody has contacted me.the order number is BIDS56961.I have left several messages and not had a reply. I had to tell my friend that i don’t have a gift for her.

Great website for some fun and some nice jewelry HOWEVER please don’t take their “retail prices” at face value. There was a stainless steel watch that had a “retail price” of $1400 which, when you search up the brand, the only places selling it is Walmart, amazon, and Shein. Real retail price for that watch ended up being about $30. Looking at the pieces that I won auctions for I saw similar situations. It must be said that the price I paid was still lower than the real retail price I found with some research, but the real price is nowhere near the retail that is advertised. Unfortunately, I was one of the presumably many people who gave the advertised retail price too much weight is their willingness to buy. Not disappointed in the jewelry, but this one and only complain is important.

Purchased a necklace 6 days ago,paid immediately.
Item has not been shipped as of day 7 and I have called customer service 3 days in a row,have sent several emails and not one response or phone call back to me as promised within 24 hours per their recording.

I bid on a gold necklace claiming to be worth over $300 and it looked and felt cheap(like plastic) not to mention the shipping took forever.Just be sure not to bid too high If something really catches your eye

Someone mentioned Bidz.com & Bids.com, to that person who criticized the mentioner, they ARE the same company. Do a tiny search.
My experience. I received 2 items I bid on many WEEKS ago. I'm SO elated I didn't bid higher, or bid on other items. Unfortunately, there's 1 item enroute.
What I hold here, IS NOT what the seller described. I hold a ring that has a plastic center, supposed to be a Genuine Gem. Nope!
A BUBBLE GUM MACHINE WIN, FROM YOUR LOCAL MARKET PLACE (you know, as you enter the grocery store your kiddo wants a quarter to gain a find from within the 1st ever slot machine in life!)
The other microscopic pink stones? are so tiny if your face is not up on it, you can overlook them. What is supposed to be "REAL DIAMONDS" lol the green stones, or supposed to be green stones is in fact painted green. SO my question is WHAT DIAMONDS!
The 2nd item is hideous. I actually thought this 2nd piece would be great to break down for other jewel pieces I'd create. But the photo onsite shows the stones within this piece are in fact larger than what I hold. The jewel bits on this piece look like the plastic pieces I use to decorate trim and seasonal artwork. The kind that kids make friendship bracelets from. This was supposed to be a brooch of a castle. Somewhat cute in the photo listing. Don't get me wrong the metal encasing the plastic beads, is so heavy I can't imagine anyone being able to wear it as is. Thereby the removal of the 'stones' was a great idea. To create different pieces off this 1 item, many times over, making the purchase and cost overall cheap.
Sellers do NOT make it clear that their peddling 'toy' quality.
This site states that all merch are QUALITY JEWELRY pieces.
I don't understand how so many other reviewers are happy & posting positive comments about this site.
When someone says, "What is sold here IS QUALITY merchandise" I expect to receive QUALITY = REAL STONES! REAL GOLD! REAL SILVER!
Not TIN, metal, and PAINTED rings!!
That is exactly what I received. I paid real $ & received lies.
I could ham this site, and take these items to a well known jewelry appraiser. Then take the findings to the local authorities.
Simply put, copy cat items, are in fact illegal here in the USA!
All these items have come from China.
Not saying all things from China are bad. I love the pottery, some art, foods/herbs, wisdom from the elders & authentic housewares (stuff my grandparents came home with when they traveled back 60 years ago - before PLASTICS became the replacement to QUALITY.)
I am SO fed up bidding or buying items claiming to be one thing, and they turn out to be copycats, imposter items, or flat out lead filled plastic health risks.
This site, thus far is a copy cat of Top Hatter.
Selling crap on crackers, for real dollars.
While the seller has my money, and I hold their crapware. I am a very disgruntled consumer.
Whether it be the FTC, BBB, or the local authorities (Local PD, DA, & a Lawyer) I am on a mission to bring to light the falsities of this site.
I also find it extremely odd, that ONLY wares are being sold from CHINA. Not Italy, USA, Germany, Portugal, etc.
Only China! And not top notch quality sellers, mind you.
With what I have been sent so far, I would rather play Russian Roulette and bid on palettes coming from various retailers, than waste another dollar here at this site (Bids dot com).
People, if you're here reading this review, you're doing good. Doing your 'do diligence' into a possible BAD experience and waste of your hard earned income.
*If you take your pen or pencil and spray paint it GOLD or SILVER THAT would be of more value & worth than any item you may (Or may not, some people never received their paid items. Lost $$ though!!) bid, win, and hopefully receive.
May be the folks here on this site, if legit, are used to wearing fake items. I'm not. I do love a good deal, but wear the real deal.
I feel like I bid on a Gucci & received a Coochie.
Places like this make honorable retailers, selling real wares look bad.

I received the 3rd item a few days ago. A beautiful blue (I'm guessing crystals or Rhinestones)
watch. Until I turned it over. The back has thin scratches all over it. Feeling really used here. I bid on NEW not used items.
I've already reached out for a return for the 1st 2 items, I'm not shocked there's been crickets with this site.
I'll be reaching out once again, to add this item.
I wasted too much time, energy, and money on this site.
Now I'm spending more in Warnings.
EDIT 07/30: Received an em from the site. They won't release a refund until I remove this review. THAT is a form of EXTORTION! AND A FELONY!

I'm loving Bids I ordered the wrong size on a ring I bought and I had no problem to change the size They were very understanding about it I have got lots of great stuff from this site and at a great price

Update - Bidz contacted me after my review on here and did correct their mistake and refunded my money which am glad they did so ill be changing my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating.

Am not sure how this site is getting this good reviews for it might not be real people for I bought different orders from bids which I did receive some items and never did receive the rest of my orders. I called thier customer service number that no one ever answers, I emailed every department but only got a response from someone and after 2 response they ignored all other correspondence. I also got 3 wrist watches that where of very low quality and cheaply made that I told them I would like to return but also fell on deaf ears. I just don't understand how difficult it is to communicate with someone that is spending money on your platform. I will change my review ones all my concerns are treated.
