Awful experience - Data breach and inaccuracies
Awful experience.
My vase was marked as shipped weeks before Christmas, but I was later contacted to say they had made an inventory error and it was no longer available despite the fact it should already be on the way.
When contacting me regarding the issue, the business shared my email with other customers - a serious data protection breach. They did not seem to have any process to stop this happening in future or offer any apology.
When trying to follow up on the issues above, it took days to get a response, none of which was helpful. I cancelled my order in the end due to the disgusting service.

They were amazing, from the very beggining to the end of the process, always checking in with updates about the delivery, and it got here (Portugal) super fast. The material and the book itself look EXACTLY like they are advertised and look amazing!

The Personal Touch
I purchased five of your lovely vases, two for me and three as Christmas gifts. I was able to bring together the personality of the person with the book title vase, which made the purchase more meaningful. Orders and delivery were timely and securely wrapped.

I bought this vase for my daughter for one of her Christmas presents. It arrived in protective packaging. It is absolutely beautiful and I received a free bookmark. It is unique and so different from what you expect a flower vase to be. I shall be ordering again as I hot a 15% off card. Great company to deal with and I wish them well.

Order not delivered. No resolution as yet.
Placed my first order after a lot of umming and ahhing - I thought it was the perfect gift for a friend for Christmas.
Instead, Evri have lived up to their negative reputation and failed to deliver this item safely. I am now without this gift in time for Christmas.
Evri we're as useless as always and despite completing an online form and sending an email, I have yet to even receive an acknowledgement from the company. I know its a busy time of year but when I'm receiving several automated emails following my purchase, a little "we have received your email" would go a long way.
I wanted to give the company a chance to resolve this first but so far everything feels so uncertain, which is the last thing I want while feeling ill.
I'm not sure I'd order again (for myself) as I originally intended.

Poor quality product and customer service
Vase arrived damaged and asked for a replacement or refund but was refused. Waste of money as vase was unusable and unable to return as the warehouses are in china.

I never received my vase and have been trying ever since to get a refund! The company have acknowledged that the parcel has gone missing but refuse to give me a refund.
Do not use this company unless you have money to waste! They have made my experience beyond stressful and I have nothing to show for it!

Worst service I ever experienced
I ordered a present for my sister by recommendation. However, customer service isn't replying at all to my messages. Nor email or message for and not via Instagram. I want to verify my order and make sure it's being sent to the right address. Just no response. Very poor service with only ignoring the customer. Funny thing, I do keep receiving all the emails about buying more stuff.

In theory a great idea but for the price, the products are pretty basic. I don’t know why, but I actually expected the vase to be glass. That’s probably my own fault for not checking properly. Smaller than expected and not really manufactured to a high standard. Packaging was nice though.

Yes, our vases are made from Acrylic, not glass. Although the material and size are listed on our website, we completely understand how those details can sometimes be missed. Acrylic was chosen because it’s transparency equivalent to glass and, most importantly, they have a longer lifespan and better durability. They are also safe for households with small children or pets because they do not produce dangerous glass shards when broken.
