Great service, friendly helpful lady in renewals
After initially phoning and not receiving a call back from renewal agents when free I called first thing in the morning got straight through to renewal team and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and lovely to speak to. She took me through the renewal, arranged it and I paid for it. Very easy and quick process. WhatsApp system worked well and docs requested uploaded. All sorted nice and easy.

So easy from start to finish
So easy from start to finish. Completed the online quote application and I was contacted within 15 minutes of me submitting it and entire process was completed within 10 minutes of the call starting. Adam was direct and very helpful when answering the many questions I asked. After receiving a very competitive quote and the professional approach from Adam, it was a no brainier to switch providers.

Fee was increased later in the day after initially accepting a price
Initially I was offered a very reasonable insurance fee which drew me to take on the insurance policy...
Unfortunately I had a call back later to inform me that I was undercharged...
Fortunately the fee was still better than my previous insurers offer, but just disappointed that a mistake was made in the first place...

Great service
