We are a company based in Sweden and were expanding our e-commerce business into the UK. I decided to go with Bezos as I wanted a solution that was scalable and flexible, especially when expanding into more countries. Am very happy with my decision to go with Bezos so far. We only had 1one issue and the response was super quick.

We have been operating for a few months and I was doing the fulfilment myself. As we grew, I needed to find a fulfilment partner to help me save time and money. We have been operating for 3 months with Bezos so far and I'm very happy: 0 mispicks, 0 issues and the customer service team is super helpful and very responsive!

We have a growing baby products business and we needed a reliable and faster delivery solution. Because we have larger items, it was not easy to find a fulfilment house that could help us. Bezos stood out from other options, they were not just trying to sell, but working with us to find solutions. Shoutout to Ian who has been amazing throughout the process!

I run a pet food business and have partnered with Bezos for 6 months now. I appreciate their prompt responses and transparent comms. Their portal is great and easy to use. I trust that they will be able to support the business as we grow and so would recommend them.

Update: While they managed to set us up quickly before our launch, their service has been subpar. Nayla, the person we interacted with, was initially very responsive, but the overall support fell short of our expectations when we started shipping, im not sure if half the team are on vacation but it seems like theirs very few members of staff in the whole business and not enough to serve you.

Their operations team, supposedly proactive, failed to deliver on their promises. We relied on their assistance in monitoring our shipments, but they neglected to inform us promptly when our chosen delivery partners caused delays.

Overall, our experience with Bezos has been unsatisfactory. We expected better service, considering the positive reviews we read here.

Having worked with these guys for a while I really couldn't rate them higher. Great company and great staff - 5 stars.

Fantastic experience all round!

We’ve been working with Bezos for 4-6 weeks and our experience has been nothing but fantastic. We’re a home gym equipment company, with some of our items weighing up to 50kg, which means that we’re often not a popular company with couriers / logistics companies however that didn’t stop Bezos from being able to pull together a full service offering for us.

The early stage conversations with Rina were super informative and fully acknowledged that we were speaking to multiple potential partners as we were looking for a long term solution. I was super impressed with Rina’s responsiveness and how quickly she got to understand our business. We were welcomed to the Distribution Centre for a site visit which was helpful to see where our stock would be held.

We were then given a full run through of the platform by Rina, which I have to say is very simple to use and does exactly what you want to it to do!

Once we executed the contract, the onboarding process with Nayla was extremely smooth and we were set up within 24 hours (well ahead of their SLA) which again was super impressive. Daily dispatches have been going very smoothly since then and is saving us on average 2-3 hours a day vs when we were dispatching ourselves.

We’re currently in discussions with the team on sending stock to one of their European warehouses - the fact the process has been so easy and straightforward makes this next leg of our growth that much more possible!

We also asked for some time with the Founder of Bezos to get to know the company a little bit better - Vernon made himself available for a call at very short notice which we very much appreciated.

As a first time fulfilment, BEZOS made it incredibly easy to onboard. The best thing was their communication was exceptional, specifically Nayla who seemed to be able to juggle what I’d imagine is hugely busy workload and keeping everything very clear, friendly and efficient. We've been working with Bezos for about three months. They're great! We only discovered them a few weeks before our launch and found them to be cheaper for a small brand. They helped set us up super quickly (in time for our launch), and their customer services have been great. I've enjoyed working with Nayla, who's super responsive; I've also particularly appreciated that their operations team has been proactive in telling us when shipments are delayed by our chosen delivery partners.

Bezos has been the best choice for our side of the business, company has been very flexible to our needs, the team is very professional, fast reacting, and has been an absolute pleasure to work with.

The Bezos team has been very good to work with. They're very responsive and work hard to ensure that fulfillment runs smoothly for our business. And when problems arise, they're very adept at proposing solutions.

Smooth onboarding, very helpful staff. Fulfillment of orders has been running without a glitch so far.

I have worked in the past with a Fullfilment house, that offered a good price and shipping times, but these guys are on another level. Better prices and lighting fast shipping times. More importantly customer service is A⭐️ They have solved one of my biggest issues that I use to have with my previous fullfilent house which is PayPal auto tracking which they personally helped me every step of the way and now I can look to scale to larger orders and not worry about a single thing and just focus on my business.

They help small and large businesses to become better than they were before and that’s a deal anyone would be losing out on if they don’t take it.
