Got decent results with the property tax protest. More importantly the company seems very transparent. Less commission compared to Ownwell. Our results were bad with Ownwell last year and we still paid more in commission to them.

Left this to the final day of the window, entirely in character. I fully expected to be told I had missed it and to try again next spring. Found Bezit for my Carrolton property on the last minute and signed up on my phone with real easy steps. The 10% fees along with the evidence report page gave me confidence. $25,000 lighter by summer - in tax savings $465. So if you are reading this in May talking yourself out of bothering, do not. Late and too late are different things, and a property tax protest filed on the last day counts the same as one filed in beginning of the season.

For years I never protested my property appraisal because I assumed it was complicated and not worth the hassle, so I probably left a lot of tax savings on the table. A friend of mine told me about Bezit this year and I am so glad they did. Signing up took me less than 2 minutes, and honestly that was the only thing I had to do. Their team handled everything else and got my appraised value reduced from $1,034,608 to $953,000, which saved me $634.85 in taxes this year. The best part is they take care of it every year going forward, so it is basically putting your savings on auto-pilot in 2 minutes. They only charge 10% of what they save you, nothing upfront, so there was zero risk in trying. Wish I had known about them sooner. Highly recommend to any Texas homeowner.

We refinanced in March and the appraiser valued our house way below what Denton County had it at. Same house, two values that were tens of thousands apart. sent the appraisal to bezit and they used it for our protest and got the taxable value reduced. Their fee was only 10% of the savings. If you refinanced recently, don’t ignore that appraisal. You might already have the evidence you need to lower your property taxes. Either you could do it on your own or get Bezit into action.

We bought at the peak, which I have made my peace with. What I could not swallow was Denton County's figure climbing afterwards while everything visible around us flattened out. Nothing on our street supported it. Bezit went through the closed sales, assembled the argument, and we settled at a fair value. It reflects what is happening here now rather than the month we signed, and the fi

Thank you for your help, the sign of process was easy and you kept us in the loop and the entire process. The savings on my property tax appeal for better than the one that were shown by the competitors. Thank you again.

These guys saved me thousands in assessed value and hundreds on my actual tax bill. The process was effortless from my end. They kept me in the loop the entire time and answered all my specific questions about calculations and tax categories. They definitely know how to talk to County Appraisers so you don't end up paying more than your neighbors.

We've worked with Bezit to protest the property taxes on two of our investment townhomes in Carrollton, TX, as well as our primary residence in Frisco, Texas. The entire process has been smooth from start to finish. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and their online portal made it simple to track the status of each property. We also received consistent email updates throughout the process, so we always knew what was happening. The communication, transparency, and overall experience have been excellent. I highly recommend Bezit for anyone looking for a hassle-free property tax protest service.

I had no idea I even needed to file for a homestead exemption. My realtor never mentioned it, and I only found out after my neighbors started talking about property tax protests.

I'd tried a couple of property tax companies before, but none of them actually explained how much I could save or showed me my tax values. Bezit was the first one that made everything easy to understand.

My property tax protest lowered my taxable value by about $72,000, saving me $1,761. I also filed my homestead exemption through Bezit, and now I'm waiting on another ~$4,500 in refunds from the county.

I honestly can't believe I went this long without knowing about homestead. The best part is it's completely free to file, even if you're late in many cases.

Great first experience and free homestead exemption refunds

Recently moved into a newly built home and didn’t know I was eligible for a homestead exemption. with few keystrokes on bezit it instantly showed me that I could apply and get a partial new-home exemption I didn’t know existed.

Bezit application process walked me through the homestead application in a few easy steps, all for free (even refund filings are free, unlike other companies). After that, I applied for a property tax protest and was happy to see real savings.

For the first time, I actually understand how my home is assessed, how my taxes are calculated, and who I’m paying them to. Highly recommend checking out “View My Property Tax Bill” on bezit.co—free, clear, and very helpful.

I hired Bezit to protest my property tax assessment and couldn't be happier with the outcome. They successfully got my property taxes reduced, which made a real difference to my bottom line this year.

What really stood out was the value - Bezit's fees were significantly lower than other protest companies I looked into, without cutting any corners on service. Communication throughout the process was clear and I didn't have to chase them for updates.

If you're on the fence about hiring a company to handle your property tax protest, I'd say it's worth it, and Bezit in particular offers a great combination of results and affordable pricing. I'll definitely be using them again next year.

They are very professional and made the tax protest so smooth, and reduced my property evaluation by 100k

I had an excellent experience with Bezit! Their team handled my property tax protest professionally from start to finish and made the entire process simple and stress-free. They built a strong case, represented my property effectively, and helped me achieve significant property tax savings.

What impressed me most was their transparency, responsiveness, and expertise throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way and genuinely worked in my best interest.

If you're looking for a reliable team to help reduce your property taxes, I highly recommend Bezit. Their outstanding service and results exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Bezit, for your dedication and excellent work!

Good support management and reduced tax with county

Bezit is amazing. Saved me over $950 on this year's property taxes. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The company only charges 10% on the tax amount it saves! My old protest company charged 40% and they never got my rate down in the past 3 years (plus they used an underhanded tactic to try to automatically switch me BACK to them). The website is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. Bezit handles EVERYTHING. Highest recommendation!

Finally understand my property tax bill lol. Bezit’s View My Property Tax Bill puts everything in one spot — what I owe, payments, and how my home value changed every year. Couldn’t find this anywhere else. Always confused why I paid my taxes to both Denton and Collin counties, now I do.

It actually showed me where my taxes go and if my house was priced fairly. That alone sold me.

Signup was easy. They explained all the homestead stuff and confusing numbers in plain English. 10% success fee, no upfront cost, and they only get paid if they save me money. Better than everything else I looked at.

Tried it and got results. Happy I did.

This is the second year Bezit protested my property values. This year it reduced the market value by 55,000 and it resulted in 250.Homestead cap is now more than the market value. So every dollar reduced going forward will result in tax savings. Best part is that I got the full analysis of my report. With that report, I feel I did not over pay and under pay. My house is now fairly valued when compared to the 20 other sales happened in my neighborhood. It was a pleasant experience.
