Three times ive had problems when ordering dualtron mini replacement tyre and inner tube ,the first time i did not recieve the inner tube i got a replacement days later2 d time valve was not right and 3rd time valve was not right i put on order abput valve and still got the wrong one

I was expecting a shipment via Fedex.
However, I would expect a good support from you in the future when comes to delivering spare parts etc.

Purchased my scooter with delivery to Jersey, excellent communication, delivery time and product.

Excellent product and customer services, unfortunately there was a mistake in getting it dispatched. I rang up and it was immediately sent overnight for next day delivery.

Bought two Emove Cruisers from them; 2020 and 2021 versions. 2021 had a manufacturing defect some people experience. Beyond went beyond in sorting this out for me. It wasn’t their fault but they took responsibility

Excellent service from a very customer-centric organisation. DHL made a right mess of the delivery and it was only when the folk at Beyond PEV stepped in that it was resolved (and quickly).

I bought from Beyond PEV because of the Trustpilot reviews and it was a good decision. My scooter arrived quickly and when expected. There was a slight issue which was probably a production problem and not the responsibility of Beyond PEV but they immediately decided to ship a part foc despite it not being a warranty issue. A decent and very supportive approach.

I've purchased a couple of scooters from these guys in the past year, each time they have been superb to deal with. Really helpful, friendly and nothing too much trouble for them. When I have rung on the odd occasion for advice they are only too ready to help but what I find most appealing is the fact that they remember your name, not something many companies can manage.

I ordered a replacement power supply for my emove cruiser from Beyond PEV. Package arrived very promptly unfortunately without a plug. I contacted customer service, they responded immediately and sent out a replacement without delay or quibble. Really excellent service. Would have absolutely no hesitation in ordering from them again.
