Amazing company! I have ordered so many times and am always so impressed with the quality of the products, the range of on-trend pieces and of course the super unique bits. Delivery is always extremely fast with updates and clear information and packaged beautifully. Aside from all that, the other reason I continue to return is the fantastic customer service. Queries are answered really quickly and they are so helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend this kind and sustainable company enough.

I genuinely can't recommend Beyond Retro and their customer service enough. I've order so many things over the last year or so and I've always been pleased with the items. They have always been as pictured and described, the measurements have always been spot on and the quality is always great. I have only ever had one item that was damaged and they refunded me immediately for it. I've also been in touch with some other queries recently and they've been so quick at getting back to me and very helpful.

US buyers.. If you receive an item that doesn’t fit correctly, which is highly probable since they’re all unique pieces.. it will cost you double what you’d paid to return the item for a refund. I bought a bomber jacket for like $50, and to return for a refund would cost me $100 😂😂 Better off finding a US based brand

Ordered a pair of white denim shorts - supposed to be waist 30 inches. Received some grey shorts that the label said was a US size 2 eg waist 24-25 inches. Have emailed customer service, and awaiting a reply. Do not know if they sent wrong item or if the listing was wrong.

I returned a pair of trousers because when I got home I realised they had marks allover them. I brought the trousers back to the shop with tags on and my receipt only to be told that they only offer refunds in shop credit. This was not made clear to me at the time of sale. I looked around for something I could use my credit with but being a vintage clothes shop they had nothing I liked in my size. I now have shop credit which is useless to me. Waste of money

I ordered some skirts that were said to be large. When I received my order two out of the three skirts were labeled extra small. Kinda bummed.

I visited the Beyond Retro store in Westfield. The selection of clothes were many and the store was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite and we bought some lovely items including accessories.

I paid and received my order from you in Dec as this was to be a Christmas gift for my husband. I returned this on the 7th Dec using Ipost (MORRISONS) Dumbarton. I have since emailed you asking for my money to be refunded ,still no reply , it is now the 6th feb 22 . still no reply and still down £58 something. Will this get you to act ? hope so .

This shop claims to be eco friendly yet they are extremely wasteful. CHANGE YOUR PACKAGING PEOPLE It’s 2021 STOP WASTING PLASTIC. My online order was in two separate plastic packaging

Just in response to your reply, please give it a break? You can’t justify your use of plastic. Just a cheap easy way out. Your customers have you figured out sustainability means nothing to you

BUT the big issue is there is too much plastic with my delivery!! Sort that out and it'll be a 10/10 company.

Great quality vintage! Bought a Nike sweatshirt from them and it arrived in 2 days.

I have absolutely no idea how I ended up on the Beyond Retro website, but I found myself there the other day noodling around when I found a hoodie and a t-shirt that I really wanted. They were criminally (almost suspiciously) underpriced and looked to be in great shape. It honestly looked too good to be true. In this day and age I am so used to buying from the safety of corporation-backed companies like Etsy, eBay, Vinted and DePop, all of whom have bullet-proof seller protections, that I was apprehensive to buy from an indie shop. Which, culturally, is a shame! But I couldn't resist the deal and pulled the trigger. Less than a week later the items arrived to me in Amsterdam from the UK in immaculate condition. Perfection. At one point I had to contact their customer service because I was having trouble with the tracking number which was my fault because I am a moron and they were unbelievably friendly, attentive, and FAST to reply. It was such a good experience buying direct from a shop just like I used to do in the old days sleazing around all the vintage shops in NYC in Boston. Amazing company. Full stop. Do not hesitate.

Terrible company!! I used the online site twice- the first time, they failed to send me my order, while requesting a review for part of the order that they said had arrived 9 days previously, which it had not. Thankfully, I got a refund, but it doesn’t detract from the fact I didn’t receive the order. Stupidly, I thought this was a one off occurrence, and decided to try to order again. [FYI, I was ordering 4 vintage underskirts.] However, the same thing happened yet again!!! I am awaiting a full refund and I will NEVER use this site again. Fuming

I ordered from this company once and my items arrived fast and as aspected! Also loved visiting their store in London.

Absolutely awful experience.

I ordered a dress and paid for next day shipping. I gave them the benefit of doubt for 3 days, after which I emailed them and asked for updates as to where my parcel is, as the tracking link they sent me did not update for 3 days.

I have still not received a reply.

The order was a Christmas present for a friend, due to late delivery I couldn’t give her a present. Very, very disappointed in their service.

I have just recieved my xmas cardigan for ladies large and I absolutely love it. It is fantastic quality. The patterns are beautiful and the colours are bright and cheerful. Everything with ordering and delivery was quick and efficient. Thank you so much I love it.x

Always find great stuff here at good prices, and their customer service is always amazing. Highly recommend. They run student discounts sometimes, and garage sales too which are a definite bonus.

Awesome clothes with an excellent quality.
I purchased 8 trousers and a jumper, most condition "great/good" and none of them had issues of any sort.
Got my package in two days.
