I've had a few hydrafacials in the Edinburgh branch and they've all been amazing. Staff are so helpful and always recommend great products.

My wife had in total 8 sessions of CoolSculpting over two appointments. Honestly there has been zero improvement. All the sessions were concentrated on the stomach area.
I would also add that despite the claims that the treatment is painless, my wife was in severe (and I do not use this lightly) pain for two weeks after the initial treatment.
To say this has been a complete waste of a substantial amount of money is an understatement. We appreciate that you are advised that results will vary depending on the patient, however to see zero results is hard to take. What was also disappointing was that at the post review session, rather than being sympathetic to my wife's situation the consultant was more interested in trying to sell additional sessions which seemed bizaare given our experience to date.

Really horrific experience here. Was left with botched fillers and had to go elsewhere to speak to a specialist doctor for correction which Beyond Medispa only partially refunded me. They have been rude and unapologetic in their response despite causing this issue and leaving me feeling disfigured it has really knocked my confidence and left me worried about undertaking any further procedures.

In response to the message from beyond medispa, it is your commercial manager who was rude. After providing a menial refund he refused to allow me to see another doctor despite asking me to write back in March to discuss it. Rude and a waste of time.

I'm so pleased with my results after Coolsculpting. Elena was very welcoming and knowledgeable but also very honest. I had my stomach treated with Coolsculpting and I was a bit nervous but Elena made sure I was comfortable and put me at ease. After 3 months when I had my review I couldn't believe the results. Now I'm looking forward to treat other areas too. Thank you.

I had a Hydrafacial just a few weeks ago and the whole experience was just perfect. The facial itself is both relaxing. But also cleaning and deeply brightening and hydrating and you can see results straight after . Another positive note is the temperature of the room which is just perfect (not too hot nor cold) and that’s aiding relaxation and yes I did fell asleep too :)

Having suffered with acne for over 30 years these facials are a game changer. I always cover my skin up and west a lot of make up. After lots of research I chose Edinburgh. The clinic is clean and the staff friendly. Jade my therapist has helped transform my skin. She is friendly, knowledgeable and skilled giving great advice on products and other treatments. Jade will adapt my facial to what my skin needs and even my scaring has reduced. I love my monthly facials as does my skin. I even went out after it without makeup on. My skin can’t wait till my next one.

These facials are fantastic! Once you have one (or preferably a course of them), you don't go back. I had a course last year and had another two weeks ago. I had forgotten the instant results you get. Your skin feels amazing and you get lots of compliments.

Hi I would like to thank Lisa therapist at Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh for a great hydro facial, Lisa talked me through my skin type and the routine that I should follow to get the best benefits for my skin. I felt my skin was glowing and youthful after my treatment. Will definitely return to Lisa in the future, she was also very friendly and professional and made you feel very special.

Having older skin (60) to be precise. I thought in my youth a suntan was all you needed to look good! How wrong I was. I have sun spots and pigmentation sun damage! I had read about hydra facials and the results! I met lisa at medi spa in Harvey Nichols, we chatted about my concerns and expectations! WOW!! I was blow away with the results after the first facial. Visibly my skin looked fresh and dewy more even toned and clear. I have booked again!!! Lisa was so knowledgeable and professional she talked me though each step of the process and what it was doing to my skin. I even dropped a couple of years off my skin age on the viz machine. So happy and very lucky to have lisa as my therapist.

I always had issue with acne and I had really deep acne scars. Nadia advised me with the right product and treatments and now I love how my skin has cleared up and you can barely see my scars. I never had to confidence to leave my house without foundation now I barely wear any.

Elena’s treatment and advice were superb. I felt confident the minute I met her and can’t fault my whole experience. I’m super pleased with the results. I will definitely be going back - such a treat!

I've always struggled with acne scars and decided to have my Dermapen treatment with Elena. I cannot thank her enough as now I can finally go out without foundation on. Amazing service and clinic! I went to the clinic for a coolsculpting consultation,Having researched it for ages and finally decided to take the plunge and book and appointment.my lovely practitioner was Elena she was super professional, knowledgeable and so friendly and warm. She made me feel at ease right away! It’s never easy getting your clothes off discussing the bits you don’t like about yourself in front of a complete stranger 🙈 Elena’s honesty and detailed explanation about the treatment was amazing and how it works and what I could expect to achieve. I love the fact she was being realistic which is something that I really appreciate. With a lot of thought gone into the whole process I booked then and there I was ready to start treatment. Iv had my pesky bras rolls treated its just one place I really hate and cannot wait to see my results. I did find the treatment uncomfortable for me but mainly at the beginning and end of treatment. The next few days were not bad at all, now the hard part waiting for the results! I’ll keep you posted 🙈😊

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like I had to after my experience with Elena at Beyond Medi Spa. From the consultation to the goodbye she was friendly, professional and my god does she know her stuff! I came in with problems with my skin being dry and dull. Elena took the time to listen to me and offered a plan of action with a treatment plan of facials being the Hydra facial! It was the best facial I had ever had! My skin is amazing and a lot of people have commented at how glowing I look! She is so warm and kind and was like talking to an old friend! If you are on the fence whether to use beyond medi spa for a facial then my advise is do it! You won’t regret it! Thank you Elena and Beyond and I look forward to my next facial! :)

I called customer service to cancel my appointment and to refund £400 deposit but didn’t hear anything back for almost a week.
Called them again to find out that their system doesn’t show whether the refund had been processed - and it’s 21 century outside!
If their equipment and expertise in actual treatments are the same level I’d stay away from this clinic - there are many decent places to go..
