What I dislike about you is that the cash out takes too many days to pay and full amount are paid in small batches. This discourages customers and they look for alternatives betting sites.

I honestly love betwhale
I honestly love betwhale. The game selection is phenomenal, they have daily bonuses for depositors and random little bonuses they send out. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a withdrawal that I requested so that’s why it’s gotten a three star rating and up until now I was really enjoying playing. I will come back and re-review once I get my first bigger withdrawal successfully. Just hard to trust a site when any other casino online I’ve played is a fast withdrawal not 3 to 5 business days and then no explanation when it’s past that.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for the kind words about our game selection and bonuses — we truly appreciate that!
We completely understand your concerns regarding withdrawals. Standard processing times are typically 3–5 business days once approved, though in some cases additional verification or payment provider timelines can extend this slightly. We agree that clear communication is key, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t your experience.
If you’re currently waiting on a withdrawal, please contact our Support Team so we can check the status and provide a detailed update. We’d love the opportunity to turn this into a full 5-star experience for you.
Thank you again for playing with Betwhale — we hope to welcome you back soon.

The deposits of winnings to cards are terrible; they take 10 business days to arrive, and they never know when the deposit was made. Very unprofessional and unreliable. They should give you a receipt indicating when the deposit was made. That's why I won't play on that platform anymore.

There are far better places to play
Withdrawal takes time, gotta go through hoops for it, little to no actual reward benefits to the casino. No bonuses payout to be in your favor. There are just by far better places to play
